Have been going to this Dutch for 2 years now. I tip every time I go and there's a lot of great employees here. Yesterday, 8/27/25 I stopped on my way to work as I do every morning. I ordered my normal drink and I learned from my husband to say 9/11. When I ordered the girl standing behind the guy with long curly hair very rudely said I don't know how to make a 9/11 #Never Forget. I know how to make a 9-1-1. I meant no disrespect to that day at all, but I REALLY don't think this was necessary. I have spent a lot of money with Dutch Bros, and this has really upset me. First it wasn't necessary and Secondly.......why ruin someone's morning! If you don't have anything nice to say it's perfectly acceptable to say NOTHING at all!!!! I'm the one paying for the drink.......remember!! read more

If you're looking for pretentious, this ain't the place. Fun, sugary drinks that feel perfect for a hot day... and served with a smile. We got the Caramelizer and the Annihilator. Loved the friendly energy! When we told them we were from out of town and that it was our first time... and they generously treated us!! Usually everyone there is great. Went in today and was greeted by a blue haired girl. Don't know her name. After I ordered my drink she asked if I wanted to skip the tip menu. I said yes please. TLDR: Went to a different stand than our usual and for some reason the workers here were very rude! I usually have nothing but good things to say about people who work at Dutch Bros, but I will not be returning to this stand. Here's how the interaction today went: My drink was made with the wrong syrup, and I politely let the worker know that it was made incorrectly. The worker then says, "Well you know blue raspberry and red raspberry tastes the same right? Do you still want me to fix the drink?" I kindly say yes and then the coworker actually making the drink fixes it and says to the original worker, "They know it tastes the exact same, right?" The worker then hands me the drink and says, "Thats what I told them." Honestly, I know how it goes working as barista and I understand how it can be frustrating and stressful. But to be rolling your eyes in front of customers and be rude about your error in the situation is just completely ridiculous.. Did enjoy the cat sticker though! read more

Not impressed at all. I bought a muffin top and it was frozen. Guy tells me to use microwave to unfreeze it. So, I am traveling that is not going to happen. Tried new frosted lemonade it is a vanilla shake. No lemonade no pineapple. Doesn't look like picture and wasn't what I wanted or ordered. I almost did uturn and went back through drive thru to ask how this is a pineapple lemonade drink. Maybe I'll try at another location. read more

Would I be back?! TOTALLY!!! Service was beautiful. When we left with our coffees they tasted so good. We were totally reflecting on how both of the gentlemen were with their service. They were genuinely sweet. They asked how we were or where we are from, he gave us a customer card (we dont know when we will be back) but it was complimentary. Believe it or not I decided to take a peak about dutch bros story. And everything the gentlemen did covered their 3 main core values: speed/quality/service I got the private reserve hot coffee because I was craving hot coffee at 4am before our hike today. Great service except when they keep the cars from pulling up to the window and blocking the exit is ridiculous and they need to quit doing that since it's a huge safety issue and call cause accidents. I appeal to the owners to stop this crazy practice before someone get hurt or there is an accident due to their outside order takers causing the traffic to block the exit. read more

HUGE shout out to J-Mac, an outstanding employee who goes above and beyond to make this one of the best Dutch Bros I have ever been to! On two separate occasions I have been passing through Redding late at night and stopped at this Dutch Bros for some coffee just before they closed. J-Mac was my Broista both times and was an absolute joy. Great conversationalist, very attentive and willing to accommodate my request mixed in with their own suggestions to help better fit my needs, and an all around superb attitude despite being 11 p.m. Not to mention the drinks at this location are always on point! After going to almost every Dutch Bros from Seattle, to Grants Pass, to San Francisco, this one right here is my favourite. Very well done team! read more

Where do I start? I love this place. First, the people who work here are friendly, they don't act like you are bothering them and they seem to actually enjoy their jobs. The price is cheaper than Starbucks. And then there is that beautiful holiday designed cup. Freakin' awesome it is. The cup is made in the USA by the way. They print it right there on the bottom for the world to see. The hot, large size Cocomo was fabulous. Not so hot that I scalded my taste buds off on the first sip, just hot enough to enjoy. Nice chocolaty flavor with a nice hint of coconut. This was a nice pleasing experience on a Black Friday Shopping morning filled with ultimate commercialization. I am a coffee snob. We own two pump espresso machines, regularly make french press coffee. I never order coffee at breakfast, I only drink espresso or french press. I love Dutch Brothers. I have always gone to the one in Grants Pass the original outlet. The coffee is great and the employees are even better! But what the heck California? I for the life of me do not understand how Dutch Brothers doesn't understand how to make a decent cup of coffee! I have hated every single cup I have e er had here in California. Worlds word staff bar none these days...slow, drinks are not made to standard...these children who work there have zero work ethic and their customer service is 100% lacking...not to mention, they close one lane early mornings during the BUSIEST time and make everyone use one lane while cars are backed up...no rush, just jaw jacking and silly child's play...might as well just buy a Red Bull from AM/PM in the morning, rather than wait thru this ridiculous nonsense...who in manages this way? I knew nothing about Dutch Bros coffee until visiting Oregon. After multiple visits and trying many different drinks, they are my favorite coffee source now. Sooooooo, I went to Redding during the weekend. And you want to know the most memorable part of that trip (other than visiting some awesome friends)? DUTCH BROS. Don't get me wrong, the sundial was awesome and the river running through the city was absolutely gorgeous but, coffee made with chocolate milk...CMON! I got the Iced Cookies and Cream Latte and I'm certain this is what angels taste like. I flippin' love this place so much that as I clutched my Starbucks this morning, I closed my eyes and prayed and wished that I would open my eyes to a cup of Dutch Bros. Dutch brothers is a must stop whenever I'm in Northern CA. It's for people like me who like coffee that doesn't like coffee. Also most of their drinks have dairy so if you're a black coffee drinker, this place is def not for you. I got my favorite, which a small hot annihilator. My friends got the cold version with either coconut or almond milk. I like how they have different milk options. It was heavenly and the wakeup call we all needed in the morning. read more

Amazing how this place has 2 entrances and yet they only choose to serve one line. Two times in a row, we enter and get in the line they don't want to serve. This morning made my daughter late for school because they couldn't serve the one car in front of us, but clear the other line 3-4 times and every walk up before they get the 1 car in front of us done. Twice this week the exact same thing happened. I guess if you're their bffs they'll talk to you all day and ignore the rest of the line behind. We used to be regulars, now we will take our business elsewhere....worst service for people who think they're so friendly. "Hey, what are you up to today?" I am a Dutch fan! I love this location because it's usually less crowded during the day. The staff is always energetic and happy to serve you. My personal favorite is their "Rebel" drinks; it's an energy drink comparable to a Red Bull. Have them put some raspberry or watermelon in it and you're set! I never have burnt coffee here either, which is something I find a lot with drive thru coffee places. read more

Place is awesome. My wife and I moved to Redding from Los Angles three weeks ago and have already gone through 3 rewards cards. I Threw my Starbucks gold card away after my first trip here! My wife likes the on on Airport road, but I like this one better. The only thing I would say is be careful when they give you your order. The only way to explain this rating is to say that my experience going to the place was a 5, and the coffee was a 1. I have a cousin from Oregon living with me, and she has clothes from them, talks about them at times, and friends of mine who have moved up north swear by them. I was completely un-amazed by the coffee and couldn't help but think that my friends are idiots. That said, the visit was awesome. The employee was a lovely young lady who was friendly, outgoing, and excited to do her job. She was extremely helpful, and I assumed had consumed like 19 3/4 cups of coffee only to hear that she had not consumed any that day. Good for you. To the management of that store, whoever the female employee was that worked between 6-7:00 on the morning of 9/26/13 (it was a Thursday) is amazing.
