I'm so spoiled that this place is around the corner from my house. I love all the staff. They're so friendly and opening and energetic. They know the drinks I get and they're ready. I get either the iced ninja turtle, iced salted caramel, or a strawberry coconut rebel. I also like their green tea and soy caramel lattes. The thing that makes each visit memorable is the staff. I love them all and depending on the time I stop by, they know my drink and they get the ball rolling. This is why us Northerners swear by Dutch. Starbucks, eat your heart out. I get one of three things here. A carmelator mocha, mango or peach smoothie. They do not charge extra for the caramel as the Java Detour does. They have recently raised their prices, but are still worth it. read more

These guys are always upbeat and seam to be very happy about their place of work. They are always warm and welcoming. Great drinks, good customer service. Overall i am pretty happy. The only downfall is that many times i have stopped here before work and almost been late because the window person is still chit chatting with the customer in front of me even after their drink is finished. I get wanting to give good customer service, but its just sometimes frustrating watching someone talk to their friends when im trying to get out of there quickly. To go back to a positive tho, its nice when they are busy and they send someone out to the line to begin taking orders. Thanks guys! read more

Dutch bros is amazing, simply the best in Redding. If you want overall great service, then go to this establishment. The young people here are friendly, look you in the eye, make light conversation, and seem to generally be relaxed and themselves. The cool thing is, I don't go here often but they remember my name, that''s shows me it's not just a job, but a great employee who cares about customers. They are fast, friendly, hardly ever make errors on my drinks, and they always taste consistent. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars, is because I know what high quality coffee and ingredients taste like. Their soy products, beans, and espresso machine are of average quality...you can taste it if you have been working in the coffee business for awhile...and or have experience as a Barista. That being said, it's a great place if you need a quick drink, or for the general masses, it's satisfying! However, if I want something really tasty, i.e. top quality ingredients, I take a trip to Madayne, or Hebrews, or The Coffee Bar. read more
