When ever I visit Redding this is one of my go to coffee stops. Love it every time. The coffee, the the workers are so pleasant.

This is a very cute and special local coffee shop. There is a drive thru and indoor/outdoor seating available to enjoy your drink. I can see they truly support their community and the community loves them back by the decorations inside the shop. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and it was really good! (‍ approved!!) There are food options such as rice bowls, tacos, cold wraps, breakfast wraps, salads, and cold/hot wrap available. The staff here are very nice and welcoming. I was greeted immediately by staff and there are regulars that come here and the staff knew them right away and had nice casual conversations. I highly suggest anyone from anyone out of town to support this local business! I will be coming back next time I'm in town! read more

Food was good but way overpriced. $14.00 for a wrap?!? The lady was super nice until I called to report that my Moroccan wrap had something hard in it similar to tree bark. I was then told that no one has ever come back and complained about their food having something in it. I replied with well I can send you a picture via text and she said she doesn't give out her phone number to customers because she has had a bad experience in the past. She then told me to come by and maybe she would compensate me a drink. This is my response, I don't want you to give me a drink. I want you to realize that something was in the food you made for me that could have cracked a tooth. Please learn to give your customer the benefit of the doubt and don't alienate them by saying you have had bad experiences in the past with customers. You made me feel like I was trying to cause you problems rather, I was trying to help you by pointing out a potential lawsuit. No, I do not recommend this cafe. read more

Stopped by here on a road trip and absolutely loved it! Spent a week driving through Cali, Oregon, and Nevada and stopped at many coffee shops, no question this was my favorite of the whole trip. The baristas were so friendly with pure sunshine smiles that were just so completely genuine. Coffee was rich and smooth and so so delicious. I'm sad I can't go back all the time. Ok... WARNING... Sick & tired of sub par service, ABSOLUTELY CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE & bad food in Redding!!!! I went through the drive thru today. I ordered EXACTLY like this!!!! I would like 1- Moroccan GRILLER 1- Chipotle chicken WRAP 1- Cranberry apple salad I paid over $30. There was no attempt to clarify anything in my order. I ordered it exactly the way it's listed off their online menu!!! Response... "ok that will be about 5 minutes." 15 minutes later I get my food. No biggie. It's lunch time & I know they get busy. As I drive away, I reach over to assure my food won't fall onto the floorboard at the stop light & think oh my hot griller is on top of the wrap & the salad. I'd better take it out of the bag. I then take the top box out & realize the middle box is equally as hot if not hotter than the one on top. I get to another stop & open both boxes. What do you know... they are both grilled! You might think no big deal BUT I ordered the WRAP for my boyfriend who does NOT EAT HOT SPINACH AT ALL!! The WRAP comes with lettuce mix & by definition on their menu the wrap is cold! So.... great now I'm on my way home to feed him before he goes to work for 12 hours & he will not eat ANYTHING I bought! I called Kaleidoscope... no answer & it says their phone is not set up to leave a message. I call again. Finally they answer. I explained the problem & I am immediately met with the response " well I don't understand what the problem is, they're both wraps!" Then I explained to her "well on YOUR MENU online it grillers & wraps are listed SEPARATELY! When i placed the order, at no time did she asked me whether I wanted the WRAP hot or cold either. I mean obviously the GRILLER is going to be hot and if I ordered 1-griller and a 1-wrap I would think it should be obvious that one would be hot the other one would be cold!" After arguing with the gal on the phone & literally hearing the young lady in the background lie & say I ordered 2- grillers which I certainly DID NOT! I said "look I just spent over $30 & my order is wrong! I don't understand why you're arguing with me!" She then said "well it's no problem... we can remake it or comp your order some other time". I said "it most certainly is a problem because I'm driving home to feed someone who is leaving for work for 12 hours & he has nothing I'm bringing home that he will eat!" I also told her "I don't need the whole order comped. I just needed what I ordered to be correct." She took my name & said "well you can come by & get it any time. When can we expect you? Sunday? Monday?" I said "I don't know... I used to eat there all the time! (almost weekly) I stopped coming over a year ago because you guys were messing up all our orders then! This was actually my boyfriend's first time ever trying kaleidoscope, so let's just say I don't think he's ever going to be interested in eating there again! So I hung up... FURIOUS!!!! People my boyfriend & I have both worked in food service in the past. It is NOT THAT DIFFICULT especially with a small limited menu at a tiny little coffee shop! It's sad because I actually work within walking distance of this place. I will NEVER GO BACK! read more

Service was great! I had a peppermint mocha with almond milk. It was nice and hot, and there coffee is very good as well a the warmed up Marion berry scone. I want to try the gingerbread latte next. I will definitely be going back. The fact that they make the lattes and mocha hot so you enjoy it to the last drop is a big deal for me. read more

Food was good, patio is dog friendly. COVID precautions are spotty at best. Some of the staff wears masks, others don't. Tables inside aren't 6 ft apart, customers are not wearing masks and they are not required to do so. Frankly it's not a place I would go back to based on their poor COVID precautions. read more

I have never seen a staff so friendly and laid back!. The service was quick and pleasant, slow day, very peaceful and quiet for ambience. The food... OH MY GOODNESS if that's not the best Wrap you have ever tasted then I don't know what is! It was perfect in every bite and it's the best 8 dollars I have ever had the pleasure of spending. The smoothie which I believe was the ...Hawaiian something... Can't recall but I found it a little too sweet, not much into my liking although, in another hand, my brother is in love with it! 4*stars! The table we sat on had sticky parts, not obvious and wouldn't have realized it if I didn't accidentally put my phone down on a specific area that made it also sticky. It was a little disturbing to find out but we we're already done eating by then haha None the less, very much recommend!
