I'm a huge fan of dutch bros and their employees who always have a good attitude! But I was very confused today with how they were serving customers. I waited in a long line (it's sticker day which I'm sure is why it was so busy) for my 16 oz iced coffee, and for some reason, they kept giving cars far behind me their orders but wouldn't hand me mine. I'd assume it wouldn't take that long for my one little drink...Just about every car behind me got their order and I was stuck waiting on one car who was just talking forever with the worker. I found that very irritating and annoying that they didn't prioritize those who ordered first. First come first serve, am I right? Like what happened to that?? I love Dutch Bros so I don't want to give them anything less than a 3 star but I'm very disappointed with my visit there today. read more

I had an amazing experience at this Dutch Bros. The workers were very friendly and kind. I was helped by a young lady named Grace. To say I was blown away, would be an understatement. This young lady, green eyes, blonde hair, braids, was very upbeat and had a nice glow to her. She reminded me of my younger self. A perfect match for my son, not to mention. i love dutch bros but this specific location needs to improve. they've messed up my drink orders multiple times and every time i ask for light ice, my whole cup gets filled with it. also the employees never seem like they enjoy their job, so not very good customer service. i'm not satisfied with this location. read more

Line was absolutely absurd. Staff seemed to really be struggling with orders and making sure things were right. Online ordering did not appear to be an option, as of yet. Coffee was pretty decent, comparable to the other conglomerate. I'm sure it will get better as soon as the "new shiny toy" effect wears off. Really long line, thought that meant it would be good but it really wasn't. I ordered a hot drink and it came out luke-warm. Pretty disappointing. They try to runs the same system as chick-fil-a. They take your order in line, have you pay then they have runners running the drinks out to the cars. They don't have a solid system down to make this efficient. read more

One of the best places around! The energy and vibes from the workers there also just make my day that much better! It's always sad when people leave bad reviews to places like this when 9 out of the 10 times it's not the workers faults at all. Instead it's the customers not being clear and understandable and impatient. This coffee joint is different from the rest it's not just about the coffee but the experience and connections made when someone pulls up to the window at least for me it is! I've had nothing but 10/10 experiences here! If you want your coffee fast and meaningless don't expect to go to Dutch Bros, Starbucks is right across the street.
