I come here on a daily basis- I feel horrible for the employees; Whoever the guy is with longer hair (I believe they are the manager) Is really awful. Everyday they are in a horrible mood, disrespectful, and impatient. Majority of times my coffee tastes awful; If it is other employees making it then it seems to be less bad. I only come here because it's closest to me. It's absolutely ridiculous how horrible of a mood this person is in on a daily basis. It was 55 degrees and I had some time before work and I am like I want some yummy coffee. Beans and Brews never fail, the service was fast, After ordering a hot Mr Bs I relized that was the wrong drink on my part to hot for current temps. They fixed me a new one with out any questions which was nice! I thought at first they would ask however they did not. The people who took my order suggested a Mrs Bs It's an iced coffee with raspberry syrup and light whip cream. The staff was awesome and took care of the request quickly. The place was clean and organized. Parking is right in front so you can just jump out and then get your coffee and go. They do allow you to bring your own cup/tumbler however you have to pay for the size close to it. Howdy all! So, I'm reducing by 1 Star my previous rating for one small issue of which I've addressed previously. First and in standard fashion... the props! - staff is ALWAYS super friendly helpful and efficient. - the espresso and other products I've partaken is ALWAY a joy and brote spot of my visit - the store design, layout and cleanliness is..... mostly 5x5! This brings me to my not so hot part... there are two waste cans near the entrance that are always dirty and a bit unsightly in appearance.... Mind you, I've never seen them full, I've witnessed them being emptied but their exterior is below par... On previous visits, I have addressed the condition as an observation with a team member on my way out the door. Dunno what takes place there after. I get that a business can get busy and that things can be come unsightly and soiled in the course of a shift.... however... the gook that i see on these two containers generally looks old and new... meaning from today and any number of days prior... My patronage here wont change over this as i truly enjoy this place for multitude of reasons... my recommendation here would be to put a wipe down of the receptical exterior on some checklist for at least twice per shift of operation... Please keep it up folks... you've a good show going here... just a tweak recommend as you strive for the phenomenal. V/R read more

Friendly service, conveniently located, drive-through availability and a nice rewards system. I like Beans and Brews. My drinks are always delicious and the place is very comfortable and clean. You're going to be paying Starbucks prices, but you're getting better quality coffee - at least as far as I'm concerned. They have a nice rewards system that doesn't require you to have your card with you. I love that because who needs another card in their wallet? I've always had great service from the people working at Beans and Brews, and feel like if I did have a complaint they would be very responsive to correcting the issue immediately. The drive-through is convenient. The only time I've had to wait a while I had an apology from the gal and was told there had been a mess up with my first drink but it had been corrected. I've been to this locations several times and every time it is deathly slow. Today there were 3 cars in front of me when I arrived and by the time I got my drink 22 minutes had passed. What a waste of gas to sit idle for so long. The other times the drive thru has been similar. I do like most of their drinks, but this location is really slow at the drive thru. I decided to try a new drink today and it was good and would order it again. The drink saved my experience today. The Iced Caramel Cielo was good and I will order it again. It had the perfect amount of caramel in and it was not too sweet. I did reload my beans card so I will be back (to a different location) in the future to use up the money on it. I do like that they have points you can earn and they those points can be turned in to 5 buck credit toward a future drink. A pretty fantastic cup of coffee for a drive thru. My husband and I were both pleasantly surprised and turn to each other at the same time and said 'damn good!'. It's really hard to find a decent cup in Utah and this is definitely one of them. This is the nearest, most convenient coffee spot near my house. The coffee is good, but more recently I've been going for their new meat free sandwich. I've gone four times in the last month, but have only successfully received the sandwich once. First visit there were no English muffins. Second time I got it and thought it was good enough to justify ordering again. Third time no meat free patties. Fourth time no avocado. I'm not a huge coffee drinker, so this really was what has incentivized me. I won't likely go again. 75% of the time you don't have the menu item I want. That's failing. Also, staff is nice, and I'm sure it's because their contact free card orders have resulted in lower tips, but how many "thank you for tipping", "tips greatly appreciated", "if you want to add a tip, tell your barista" signs do you need on the drive thru window? There's at least four. I tip every time, but the quantity of signs is like a guilt trip. 3 stars because the baristas are nice when they tell me they're out of the sandwich ingredients. read more

Always my favorite for coffee. I will admit that I've come here and my caramel cielo has tasted like just sweet milk but that's not the norm. I buy all of my beans from here and have never been disappointed. Never had a bad experience with any of their baristas they have always been extremely nice and polite even at 7 am and 4 pm. I love their reward card it's awesome it's the same system as starbucks where after 12 or so drinks you get a free one. I love this coffee house for its location on my way to work. The staff is friendly. I always order the caramel cielo (which is their version of a caramel macchiato) and it's delicious! I usually order a pastry as well, the cinnamon rolls and poppyseed coffee cake are two of my favorites. I have frequented coffee shops all over Utah and New England and never had a problem with managers who cared if I hung out and relaxed for a while. I love Beans and Brews, but not this one. Recently I ordered a large Mr. B's from this location. I was handed a small. So I said, "Is this a large?" The person said, "Oh, I'm sorry. They must have made the wrong size!" She then took my small Mr. B's and dumped it into a large cup. She then added enough ice to fill up the cup and handed it back to me! I paid for a large Mr. B's, and got a small Mr. B's with extra ice. I will never be visiting this location again. You should avoid this location and go elsewhere for your coffee. Awesome Coffee and the atmosphere were great. Free Wi-Fi and plugs everywhere. T-Mobile next store was nice also. I will definitely be returning for coffee even though I don't normally drink those fu-fu drinks I actually found one I like.
