The coffee here is pretty standard as far as these drive thru coffee places go. They consistently forget any "extras" such as sweet cream, soft top, etc...which is annoying because they charge you for it. My biggest problem with Dutch Bros, specifically this location, is the inconsistency with the two lane drive thru. They want you to go to the shortest line, but they do not always have someone outside taking orders. If they do not have someone outside, then no one from the closest lane is going to let you in and you end up sitting for a long time. Twice, I have left because it is so frustrating. They need to just close the outside lane since they cannot manage it. read more

I placed an order via the app and part of the order was to have 3 identical drinks of a latte with an extra shot of espresso and a dash of cinnamon. Two of the drinks we 90% milk, half a shot of espresso and it was sweet!!! I have never tasted a sweetened Latte with me asking for it. The third drink had 95% milk and some coffee taste, not sweetened. Very disappointed and it completely ruined my morning coffee, we were in a rush and could not go back. read more

We were staying at the hotel right behind this location while visiting Texas from Southern California and I had never to Dutch Bros before. We went to get coffee every morning for 3 days and each time we had the best interaction with the person at the window. Every employee was welcoming and super helpful, especially the first day when we asked about what we should do or see while we were here. I got an iced oatmilk latte each day and my boyfriend got iced teas, every time they were great! Would definitely recommend this location, thanks for the hospitality! read more

They allow customers to cut the line, don't ever put syrup or added requests in a simple coffee like a vanilla ice lotte. Have 6 girls working at a time just vibing, all cool. We were coming back from a football game and needed some caffeine for the last hour of our late night drive. Since all of the good, local coffee places were closed, we decided to go thru Dutch Bros. I've never been a huge fan, but I needed the pick me up. We sat in the drive thru behind ONE vehicle for 13 minutes while the worker hung out the window gabbing with the driver. We saw her hand one drink to the car and then keep chatting it up. We finally just drove off. So now on top of having sub par drinks, I can confirm they also have crappy service. Peace out Dutch Bros. You've lost my business for good. In the meantime, maybe train your staff on the idea behind a drive thru--they're supposed to be quick and convenient, not whatever was going on there tonight. read more

This location has never let me down! Always have great service when I do my usual stop every morning. Drinks are always good and the service is always top notch. If people have a problem with the employees who work here then the problem is probably the person writing the negative review. Nothing about the drinks. But this is about the service. I sat at the drive thru for well over 10mins waiting for the window clerk, (she was white skinned, oversize with dyed red hair seems like), she was talking to a customer in drive thru as i was second in line. Even to the point on showing each other things on the phone like as if they're really old friends in the middle of the mall catching up for ole time sake. I honked and still didnt budge to move, not even to look my way or to recognize im waiting in line for a drink.. After i honked, another worker girl came out asking if what i would like to order as if this is normal operation. I told her no, after waiting that long, being up for 24hrs, still having to drive to dallas and it was 630pm on sunday, June 6 2025, i dont want a damn thing besides getting out of the drive thru lane so i can drive to dallas. She laughs but its completely unacceptable that i had to wait to even be acknowledged. Its one thing food service is taking a while but its another when its because two clueless beings are wasting other people's time just to have a conversation at a DRIVE THRU lane. So definitely will not come here nor recommend this location to anyone given how unprofessional and how little care they have towards customers. Zero stars if possible read more

So I can't tell you how the drinks are because I never got one. But we was the 4th car in the drivethru. The blonde kid took the two cars in front of my order. Then skipped to the car that just pulled up to the other line. Ok no biggie. Then he goes to the two cars behind me takes their order never took my order. Everyone keeps pulling up to the window. So I see him go in to the window. We get to the window. I said sorry you never took my order. He said well you drive up in the line as it moved and your suppose to stay parked where you are. I was a little shook. It was my first time at this location and I thought like all locations when the cars move in front of you you also move forward. Who knew I was suppose to stay parked four cars away from the window and let the line back around the store. At the window he never even offered to take my order. Never came to my car while I was parked waiting for him to take my order. Just skipped us totally. Will never come back. He was very rude. read more

I do not know why I keep trying this place. I think it's because I live next-door. But, 4/5 times I have stopped there. I've had to pull out of the drive-through line early because they are taking so long. The one time I did wait it took almost 25 minutes to get two coffees. There's so many local places are better than this I won't be trying again. read more
