She repeated it back correctly although it was a bit hard to understand with her accent. When we get up to the window, my partner held out my phone to be scanned for POINTS only. She snatched my phone, closed the window, & checked SCAN TO PAY. We tried to get her attention, but of course we were ignored. We were so shocked when she came back with my phone & said, "You don't have to pay." We always hand over my phone with his card, but she took the phone, ignored his outstretched hand holding the card, & changed my setting. I knew the order would be wrong & of course we received a Strawberry Hulk instead, but we no longer wanted to interact with her, My phone has never been taken out of my sight by a stranger before.
