Went around 2:08 PM today and there's a young oriental man that works there that's pretty rude and very arrogant because of this employee, I will not return to this location and I will pass on that information to all my family and friends. Also, my iced coffee was supposed to have caramel and there was just a little bit at the bottom of the cup. It didn't have any caramel drizzled on the inside of the cup like it shows in the picture There was hardly any in my coffee . The staff here is always super nice and upbeat, which I really appreciate! My only frustration is with the walk-up window process. When I stopped by, the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building (which is pretty normal for Dutch Bros), so I figured the walk-up would be quicker. Instead, I waited about 30 minutes for two drinks -- enough time for the drive-thru line to clear and fill back up again. When I checked in at the window, my order was just being started. It felt like walk-up orders were pushed to the side while drive-thru kept moving, which was pretty discouraging. I love Dutch Bros and always enjoy the drinks and friendly service, but I think it would help if walk-up orders were handled a little more efficiently. It would make the experience even better for those of us who choose that option to try and save time. read more

And the $4 price shocked me. Figured it would double the price for as bomb this thing was. The texture and flavors we sooooo what I was craving. Wow, I see many Golden Eagles in my future. @familyaddventures went with the Caramelizar (Caramel cold brew mocha) We switched our drinks on and off and this tasted a lot like a iced caramel macchiato. My friends let me walk around with purple on my face and we couldn't figure out where it came from. I work in a tattoo shop and we make stencils with a purple ink and I thought it was from that. Cleaned myself off, went about my day. An hour later same thing! Purple on the top of my nose! I didn't even make a stencil. The line when we pulled up was at least 10 cars ahead of us. But it moved super fast and we were barely there longer than 7 minutes. It was our first visit and the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the menu to us with patience and a smile. I tried one of the Dutch sodas because it was late in the day and I didn't want coffee. I couldn't believe how light and refreshing it was! It blew my mind! Since my last review, we haven't had a single wrong drink order and we go A LOT, probably too much. Everyone has been on their game and really friendly. They are building a new Dutch Bros closer to my house, which means I might not be coming to this one any more, but who knows? Maybe I decide this one is my fave after a few trips to other DBs! Dutch Bros Coffee is new to the SA area, and I'm so excited that so many locations are opening up (or are slated to open soon)! My husband and I visited this particular location during its soft opening and were very pleased to be greeted by a super energetic, friendly staff. We scored some free coffees during this visit (a couple small sugar-free Annihilators) and loved them so much we've been going back pretty regularly ever since. The drink menu has something for everyone, and the rewards app experience is fantastic for avid coffee drinkers who like freebies and unlocking stickers that show one's level of Dutch Bros devotion. Although this location can get real busy and it's a bit tough to get to since it's at a major intersection to the freeway - I can appreciate that when you do get to the drive thru, the customer service is excellent! They are always bumping the good vibes music and their employees always ask how your day is, and are always charismatic and friendly. I get in and out in less than 8 mins and am always happy with the coffee I order. Make sure to download the Dutch Bros app so you can earn rewards, pay thru your phone, and it gets you thru the drive thru pretty quickly. Also, don't forget to ask for stickers! When I'm 7 cars deep at The Grind I'm usually on the road in about 7-10 minutes. When I'm 7 cars deep at Dutch Bros, it's common for me to be on the road in about 15 minutes. Last time I timed it. 18 minutes before I got my coffee. I'm not sure what is going on? Does the brewing process take longer resulting in a better coffee? Maybe I'm getting sub par coffee at the Grind because they don't take their time? I do enjoy the Dutch coffee, I just wish it came a little faster. read more

This is my closest Dutch bros. I really love it here. The staff are incredible, and always very sweet to me, my friends and husband. My only feedback is when I get soft top and ask for extra it's like they thought I asked for light but other than that, drinks are always super good and even when it's messed up, the manager always remakes it and it comes out great! I love dutch bros coffee so I was stoked when I saw there was one nearby. It was pretty busy when I came here on a Saturday so I had to wait a while for my drink but its wasn't bad. The drive through was popping so I am sure the staff was busy trying to get those orders complete. The only downside was it was a bit hard to get in and out of the parking lot due to the traffic off the main road but still worth it. I ordered the campfire cold brew to try since it is a seasonal drink. It was delicious! The chocolate drizzle and marshmallow flavoring was soooooo good but not too overwhelming. I love that Dutch Bros made it way to SA. Tried the Universal City location, while I've always knew Dutch Bros had issues with its locations and traffic, this one was in an interesting spot. Between a middle school and a driveway that is used for apartments, a soon to be car wash and a QT. Whew, first few days the traffic was crazy. Find the good times to go, mid afternoon (1-3) and late evenings(7-9). The service is amazing, all of the staff is amazing! Friendly, happy and vibrant. Though on those cold days seeing them outside, burr, give them an extra few bucks on the tip, for being such troopers. The drink menu, has a little bit ( a lot of bit) for everyone! I found a few favorites and making sure I'm trying their menu as much as possible. Ive tried the Caramelizer, Kicker, Golden Eagle, Cinnamon swirl Oat milk latte and they all have been amazing. Honestly, my favorite has been the Golden Eagle. Their app is awesome, you can use to collect Dutch Points, but also as a paying option. Plus, you get a freebie for your birthday when you sign up! I'm happy they are here, I love the coffee options, this conveniently located, but sometimes the traffic is a bit crazy, especially in those peak morning and afternoon hours. read more

Tried this for the first time today (I've been meaning to for a while!) I was so impressed with the quality of service for a drive thru place. I ordered the fall special--pumpkin crème brulee cold brew. I don't like my coffee too sweet and this was just the right amount of sweetness. The sugar crystals on top of the cold foam were a nice touch. Loved the caramel flavors and it definitely felt like it embodied the wonderful flavors that contribute to the fall season. I'd heard about this place from several people before I decided to give it a try. My first impression was that the staff were super friendly. It was very early in the morning and they were very chipper, which is hard to be at that hour. They guided me through their menu quickly and answered my questions promptly. I left with an iced americano and a pupachino for my golden, which she thoroughly enjoyed. While the staff were super friendly, the coffee was nothing special. It was solid tasty cup, but didn't blow me out of the water in the way I was led to believe it would. That's more about managing my own expectations than anything else. It's a better option than Starbucks, but to be honest the HEB blend I make at home beats Starbucks. Its definitely a good place to stop if you're in the neighborhood, but not anything I'd drive across town for. read more

I have to give the biggest shoutout to this location. My pup is sick and I spent hours with her at the hospital and $1400 later in med bills I was able to take her home and decided to stop at Dutch because I am running on low energy and just upset about my pup being ill. When the girl at Dutch who took my order asked me about my day I vented my stress of the night and teared up, she then comped my drink and I almost broke down in tears at the kind gesture. I have been a Starbucks girl my whole life but the amount of kindness I received at this Dutch today and every other time I have come to this location has definitely made me a Dutch bros girl going forward.
