I love the spunk and the vibe, with the music and having someone to help when the lines get long. My faves are the grasshopper with white coffee, any of their infused teas, and a nitro cold brew with what would be called cold foam. Yummm. Today I went to Dutch Bros and ordered a blended rebel. I have had it many times before but this was NOT it. $8 for ice in a cup and syrup on the bottom. It never looks like this nor taste like it but I will definitely not be returning to Dutch Bros anymore. Do not recommend going to this location if you want anything remotely blended. read more

This place is my favorite. I used to go to the Francis location but then saw this one which is super close to my house. Hell yeah. The broistas are super cool. I like how some of them (the girls) call me "babe" and such. It's cute and makes me feel like they're my "friend" in a way lol. I'm lonely. Anyway. I'm somewhat new to DB (been a month or so now?) and I've been trying many of the iced green teas and lemonades. The only complaint that I have is that when you get them with flavors it seems like the tea/lemonade taste just overpowers it, especially with the lemonades. Every time I order a lemonade I literally cannot taste any of the flavors. The green tea is a similar situation but not as severe. Even when I order it "extra sweet" it's the same deal. Not sure what's up with that. My boyfriend likes the blended rebels but to me it just tastes like straight Red Bull. He also really likes the majestic forest lemonade, which I've also tried. Just tasted like lemonade to me. The only teas I've tried that actually taste like the flavors is the Tropical and the Sweet Sunrise. I can taste the coconut and banana. They're pretty good. I just feel that with other flavors you should really be able to actually taste the blue raspberry or whatever, yknow? However I recently tried the Peppermint Mocha and it's so good. And I love the soft top! I've never had that before. Only thing is that I feel like it could take a biittt more peppermint. But that's probably just me. I saw a lot of reviews saying it takes a long time but in my experience I haven't really had a problem with that. However 8/10 times I go there it's like 9pm, but every time I've gone earlier than that it hasn't been a problem. But yeah, the broistas are awesome and personable and they don't get annoyed when I'm a pain in the ass every time I go there- asking for light ice, extra sweet, and then asking them for a straw 2 times because I somehow forgot they already gave me one. I love Dutch Bros, however, I only like the drinks. The baristas are nice, but my gosh they like to chat. Long conversations with long lines don't make sense. I can only go here when I am not in a hurry. If I want to go before work, I have to leave 20 minutes earlier than usual just to get coffee. Sadly, a long line is 2 -3 cars. I can go elsewhere where there are 8 cars ahead of me and be done in about 5 minutes. Please, please, please continue to be friendly, but stop having entire conversations with everyone so that I don't have to plan so far ahead. read more

Don't stop here in the morning if you're in a hurry! I've visited many Dutch Bros all over the west coast and for whatever reason this place never has someone come out and take orders when the line is long! You're losing on average 5 to 6 customers every 10 minutes. I would like to stop here every morning because it's the closest to my house but I guess I'll have to go to the one on division instead! read more

I am a little frustrated after my Dutch Bros run this morning. I was really excited to use my filled in stamp card for my free drink. I pulled up and ordered a peach rebel Italian soda, the barista then repeated my drink to me incorrectly leaving out the rebel. I then repeated my order incredibly clearly stating that it was to be a peach REBEL Italian soda. Upon receiving my drink I tried it and realized there was no rebel in it whatsoever. I then asked the barista if there was any rebel in it to which she replied "no." At this point she finally realized that I wanted rebel in it. She asked what I wanted her to do, if I wanted her to put a shot of rebel in. I said "I don't know, how do your normally do it?" At this time I set my drink back on the counter so she could doctor it up to my specifications. She poured some rebel in and I supposed this would be fine since she's the professional. However, when I tried my drink as I was pulling away from the window I was incredibly disappointed to find that it did not taste like the peach rebel Italian sodas I normally order, it instead tasted like there was hardly a pinch of rebel in it. This location seems to have a high turn over in staff or they send all the newbies here. I normally go to another location but this is on my way to work, so I have been coming here instead. Now I will have to drive 10 mins to the next nearest location. Every single time my coffee is made wrong, either too sweet, to watery, to much cream, its aways something. 2 days ago I asked for half the caramel syrup and I seriously got like 2 inches of syrup in the bottom of my cup it was so sweet that I couldn't even drink it. And tonight I went through and I wait 15+ mins in line for the girl to snap at me when I asked her to charge me while they made my drink. She said she was the only one there when clearly 3 other girls were standing there cleaning or something... they couldn't of helped with the line of cars?? It just seems that no matter when I go though this location its always something. So upsetting because I love dutch bros coffee and all they do locally. The staff at this location needs more training or something. read more
