I had ordered three iced coffees. The inihalator, the golden eagle and the chocolate milk one. The first one was ice cubes and hazelnut milk but just tasted like milk on ice. Absolutely zero coffee. The golden eagle was the same, ice cubes and milk. They were gross and money wasted, tossed in the trash. Its a coffee house right? The last one was the best of all three. But taking into consideration the first two, the bar wasnt set very high. It was the only one to have any "coffee" in it. Service was polite and fast. Maybe they forgot to put the coffee in. I dont know. This was drive thru so cant say anything about "ambiance". I will not be going back. read more

I actually went for the 1st time as a work experiment on "Customer Service."It was midday on a Saturday. The wait was pretty long, so we were able to observe. The 1st thing we noticed was the music coming out of the speaker right above an elderly couples head that was sitting enjoying their coffee. Mood Swings by Pop Smoke was playing ever so nicely. I love the song, but man, ....interesting to hear it coming out of a business speaker. This location is my FAVORITE out of the northwest locations. They are fast, friendly and great to chat with (which I hate people and I hate chatting.. so this says a lot) Sugar free double torture or German chocolate are the way to go! Their Mango bevy with Tajin is super tasty too. They are always always busy. Unless you go between 5-7:30 a.m. it's not too bad, or at 2:01, 3:17 and that's about it. Always packed! I am still new to Dutch Bros and am still trying to wrap my head around their menu (I'm a Starbucks junkie and Dutch Bros is closer to me and a bit more convenient). Here's what I love so far: Great customer service, truly some of the most wonderful employees that I have ever been able to meet. They're super helpful and are willing to help you learn the menu. Super nice! The drink I got was good, but probably not one I'd order again -- or if I did, it needs some sort of modification (I'll figure that out!). Ease of ordering, drive thru was great, overall the system they have in place to handle being busy was really good. I just need more practice here to find something I truly love! read more

This Dutch Bros location is very solid, as are most all of the ones I have been to. Fot starters, the drinks are always delicious and actually taste of coffee--this is important for a coffee lover like me. I've been trying their spin on the pumpkin spice-flavored coffee craze, and they're all amazing and distinctly Dutch Bros. I don't know what exactly it is about the drinks here, but if you blind-folded me, I'd be able to know I was drinking something from Dutch Bros. What I like the most about this location, besides its close proximity to where I go to class, is the efficient manner in which they take orders and get the drinks released to customers. Most times I come to this location, they take my order, and I receive my drink before I get up to the window; today I got it before I was even halfway to the window. Went for a drink last night for the first time about 840. Waited in line for 20 minutes while Kayla or Kylie sat there and talked to an employee who was parked in the drive-through window the whole time. Petting a dog and holding up the lone isn't more important than serving your clients quickly and efficiently.
