Service is quick and super friendly. Coffee puts Starbucks and Dutch Bros to shame. Can't recommend Roadrunner enough.

What a great little spot! It's a bit challenging to find because it's nestled off Wetmore road but, the signs are clear for the entrance and exit. I've been meaning to try it since it's locally owned! There was no line at all and the woman working there was so kind and shared a quick conversation. This is a window only service. The menu had a lot of great choices including snacks, bear claw, breakfast burrito, and muffins. My latte was delicious! The froth was perfect, the heat was great and the flavor hit the spot. Also, the prices are very reasonable, especially during this time of high coffee prices. I plan to head back soon! Highly recommend! read more

Great little drive-through spot on the way to Mount Lemmon. I got something with banana in it iced it was delicious and had a little chocolate in there. Service was immediate cause nobody else was in the lane when I pulled in if I go back to Mount Lemmon, I will definitely stop by there and get a shot of wake me up before hitting those curvy roads. read more

There's a lot this little stand offers, that almost makes me wish they would narrow down to perfecting what I would hope is at least somewhat decent, considering it's a stand for coffee..? I go from time to time when I feel like making the drive to a neck of the woods that is otherwise not the most convenient location for their food, particularly the jalapeño bagel with cream cheese, but avoid going often, due to the lack of attention to detail with the coffee, perhaps even quality? ...Out of convenience, I tend to go to a one stop shop for all the above, so, this makes coming to RoadRunner a little less appealing. With all of that being said, every once and a while I try to give the coffee a fresh perspective, and switch up what I get, since I really like to support local, and do love the jalapeño bagel, and would like to like it more for that reason.. but, it's hard to validate the trip, when the coffee is constantly not great.. I've tried to go at different times, and change what I order, and how I order it, just to be sure I'm not crazy for writing-off their coffee.. My most recent coffee experiences really solidified my previous perceptions, which, unfortunately, isn't great.. Came two different days, different times, and found it to be pretty bad. My coffees were super weak, and supper milky even when asking for "light" cream.. pictured here is my order (the left).. supposedly light cream. .. whether that's an issue of how the coffee is brewed or an issue of how heavy-handed the pour of cream, I don't know.. regardless, I wish there was more attention to brewing and coffee standards and quality. Despite all of this, I appreciate the friendliness of staff, and understand what it's like working as a barista, but, I often leave with reminders as to why I don't drink their coffee, and having to go home just to make a normal cup of drip coffee . . . . Perhaps if the coffee were cheaper, I could validate a drive there for their bagel, but, in this case, it makes it not much better than your average coffee chain in terms of experience and overall satisfaction. read more

First things first: the double-drive-through situation at this coffee kiosk is clever and highly efficient! It definitely makes the case that you've got time to swing through for a drink, even if time is tight. Second, the large drinks are comically enormous. When I ordered a large prickly pear tea with lavender syrup (delicious!), I had no concept that I was about to get a drink that could fill a small pool. Needed a treat this morning before heading to work so we stopped here and we were IN AND OUT! They were so quick but also very nice and I was seriously impressed with the service that alone gets 5 stars! Opening weekend... and these guys CRUSHED IT! Staff was hustling, introducing themselves, while preparing fantastic coffee and getting people in and out quick! We entered line was 8-10 cars deep, we were served and on our way in less than 15 mins. Shout out to all the servers and the sign holder on the street beckoning caffein craving motorists. We got two cold brews one chorizo and one bacon sandwich- all very tasty. One area for improvement- use real avo, not spread or mention this in menu. Sammies we're both still good but could be better. Keep doing- the staff was on point fast, kind, funny, and hustling! Can't wait to caffeinate again this weekend. Trying to support small business, I decided to stop by this place. I ordered a mocha frappe, a cappuccino, a burrito, and a chorizo sandwich for a total of $25. The food was very bland, And the coffee wasn't as strong compared to other places. But what really left me not wanting to come back to this place was the fact that the owner and a worker weren't wearing masks. As I was in the drive through, the owner told the workers that the mask mandate had been lifted, and they took off their mask. I think this is very inconsiderate of them not only for their other workers, but also for the costumers they are putting at risk. read more

Gone here multiple times and always tipped with my card this time I pressed no tip on the tablet since I was tipping with cash after I got my drink and after driving off I thought it was weird that I finished it before the drive when I got home I looked at it and noticed it was filled with ice all the way to the top. Always in search of good local coffee companies and ones during this time of a pandemic have good safety practices. Happy to see a drive thru coffee shop ( just a kiosk, no indoor access at all) on this side of town that is locally owned and not Starbucks. You may hit a line at the drive thru but it is worth it. I had a hot latte and it was very smooth and good. Also got a Turkey sausage breakfast sandwich which did not disappoint. Both employees wore masks and friend (not over the top friendly like Dutch Bros). Happy to say we have found a new locally owned coffee spot. Visiting Tucson from PHX and looking for a local coffee spot on way to family's house. Went through the new Roadrunner Coffee drive through. I was attracted by the specialty drinks, which were interesting and tasty but the best part of my visit was the barista. She had great energy, answered questions and laughed at The Hubby's jokes. I wish I'd gotten her name. I'll call her "the girl with the hair" but it was her personality that made our visit awesome. read more

Went and tried it out today, was kind of disappointed. I had a avocado toast, and i was absolutely appalled, so disgusted the bread was floppy and sad and the worst part of it was what they called "Avocado" it was the quac that you buy that never turns brown is and is so slimy threw it away immediately! The coffee was very good and the people were very nice. Wouldn't recommend the food to anyone. And couldn't imagine what the other food taste like if they can't even make a simple avocado toast taste good. read more
