My 2nd Dutch Bros. experience... other location (where I had a meh experience) and I loved it. The menu/choices are off the charts, so I told the young man who was helping me that I wanted something refreshing and not coffee. He ordered me his favorite drink - iced green tea with blueberry, passion fruit and kiwi. He did not steer me wrong. It was delicious. I mentioned to him that I am a Starbucks/Espresso junkie and not used to the menu sitch - so he handed me this little fold up secret menu for next time. By far the most welcoming and polite place I've been to since I've gotten to this town. I am dog sitting from out of town and I was given instructions that the dog is required 1 pup cup a day so I had come there and thought "hell why not try something new" after ordering my drink my card was declined. This is common for my bank to do when I'm out of state and make more than 4 purchases a day on that card however the staff there where so sweet and understanding They gave me the drink for free even after I asked them to cancel it I've never experienced such polite and generous staff out of any state I've visited. Well this is one franchise coffee shop I can get down with. Lots of different coffee flavor combos that smack. Love how the employees come out to the car to get the orders, take payments, and deliver your drinks if needed. I've encountered nothing but friendly and charismatic employees at each location. They actually seem to love their job. Lots of smiles here. Muffins tops are a hit as well! You gotta try this place out. Oh and got pooches? Take them along and get a pupachinno. Whipped cream with dog cookies. My fur babies were in heaven. Get a punch card and get some serious rewards with your choice of drink once it's full. Any size and flavor. So happy to have this business up and running! The staff were full of energy, massively friendly, and service was quick through the drive thru. I had an americano to get a sense of the coffee flavor- good stuff! Not the double roasted bitterness of a common competitor. For those who need it, they do have milk alternatives available. I'm particularly excited to try some of the teas and smoothies on the menu once it warms up a bit (true Arizona sentiment that 70s temps are hot drink weather). Speed Quality and Service. No smiles or nice greetings from the worker in the drive through. Barely spoke to us. When at the window, the lady repeated the drinks and then didn't make conversation at all. Drink didn't have enough peppermint so had to take it back, which ruined the whipped cream on top. Super friendly staff, they have A LOT of sugar free and regular flavor options. I think their prices are comparable with others. I got a half sugar free white mocha caramel latte it was really yummy!! My husbands iced americano was a little watered down but they added a shot no questions asked. What a pleasant addition to our 'Vail' community. There was a line when I pulled up, but they have there young kids who run right up to your vehicle to take your order. You can pay with a credit card with there little iPad. If was afternoon so I choose cocoa versus coffee or tea. OMGOODNESS it was probably the best cocoa I've ever had. It was also the perfect temperature as I could drink it right away. Did I mention a young man brought my cocoa to my car before I reached the window. Excellent customer service! Unfortunately very bad service today. Ordering for my wife who is at home btw. 25 min wait. That's not too bad,because there is alway a reason. I overlooked that. They got my order completely wrong. That could be overlooked, always new people. 10 more minutes, they finally got my drink and I'm on my way home. When I got home the drink was not even close. On top of that, my wife could not drink it because we do not know if there is caffeine, and there was no way to get a hold of the store to ask. Oh and we live 15miles away from town. Better prices then Starbucks but the employees have no idea what's in the drinks when you ask. They also don't tell you up front that if you substitute drinks what the extra charge will be. I bought 5 drinks and got one stamp. I make sure now to remind them to give me all my stamps when I buy multiple drinks. They are cheerful and nice. read more

My sister and I had never been to a Dutch Bros before. We walked up to the window where the cashier's face was turned away from us and talking to other employees. She turned and asked if she could help us and we stated we had never been there before, but before I could finish my sentence of 'what do you suggest,' she said "take your time" and turned back around to converse with her coworkers. We spent a couple minutes of looking everything over, luckily there was no line behind us. She turned back around to face us but still offered no help. She turned back to her conversation with her co-workers and ignored us. I said, "I think I'm ready," but she did not hear me, I said "excuse me," and she still did not turn I then said "hello?" and she finally turned.
