My love and I have seen lines for days for Dutch Bros and finally decided to take a stab at all the commotion. Honestly, I can't tell the difference from a QT mocha and the blended mocha I ordered. That's ok I guess because coffee is coffee. What the deal breaker is on a good score is the Dutch Bros ordering system. It's a two line situation that merged into one (like McDonalds) but they have a person with an IPad take your order. So... we looked at the menu not knowing what to expect for about 30 seconds and a few cars go into the other lane- that's cool and expected. The "waiter" greets us when we pull in more and asks if we were before the other cars. We said yes but it's this awkward situation that they are already paid up and ready to go and he is giving us the shpeel on how the drinks are served etc. we ended up holding the line and it perfectly explained the reason it always looks crowded I'm assuming.. anyways when we get our order it's wrong (probably because the kid was trying to rush and not hole the other line up) it just doesn't seem efficient and for a simple menu doesn't need to be complicated. May update my review in the future because it was my only time here, but for 3 cars to become a line of 7 for a quick order that seemed rushed and was wrong doesn't seem like a good way to spend my time/money. I'll run into QT or continue to use the mobile app to order ahead at Starbucks. read more

Tried a different location.. same thing, cars in front of me ordered numerous items and I sat waiting in line for about 10 minutes for my one single coffee... Once I was at the window, my drink had been made, a quick hello you ordered... I said yes and off I went. That's the way it should be. If people have multiple items that are going to take a bit to make, have them pull up front and someone delivers it to them. read more

I been hearing good things about this place since they started building it. I'm a Starbucks guy so wasn't really that excited to try it. I pulled up and guy was walking around the ordering window and he said maybe try the shark attack. I ordered that plus a muffin top to try it. The muffin too was good and the drink was ok. Nothing to exciting to try. It's just a slushee mix drink but I wouldn't stop going to Starbucks for this place. I haven't tried the coffee yet but maybe later. Honestly when I think of strong coffee I don't usually think of Dutch bro's first, sorry, but when I'm in a mood to have something new and sweet, Dutch bro's has the greatest variety of frozen drinks. Their customer service is probably the best I've seen at any coffee shop as well, I don't know how they're alway so cheerful lol but it definitely puts a smile on my face. I love that you don't need a coupon to get your birthday drink. They also have the coolest stickers, but they do run out fast. Here it goes the first review for this dutch bros. The first time I came here I came with my boyfriend. He ordered a caramel apple smoothie and I ordered the dinosaur egg freeze because it looked rather tasteful and cool. Well, once I got it I was VERY disappointed. For 1. It didn't look the same as it did online, 2. It didn't come with whip cream as it should have and 3. It was REALLY sweet... I mean... it's blue raspberry, white chocolate, and almond with strawberry so I kinda figured it would be but man... all I could taste is the white chocolate.. the blue raspberry and strawberry was nowhere to be found! Okay, so second time I come here I came with my aunt and cousin. Their order came out perfect and I ordered a freedom frost. The lady told me "oh yeah btw the freedom freeze has coffee in it" .... ok I hate coffee and online it says NOTHING about having coffee in it. So she asked me if I wanted it vanilla like a icecream so I told her yes. When I got it I was disappointed even more! I thought they let me down the first time but boy was I wrong! This freeze looks NOTHING like the picture as you can see below I will post some pictures of what mine looked like and what it should look like. The taste was okay considering that it was all mixed together which it wasn't supposed to be. Honestly, you shouldn't advertise something all nice and neat and perfect if you're going to end up serving it like crap anyways. Either you guys need to change how to menu looks online or you need new employees who actually know how to make it as advertised. I will come here 1 more time and try again and if my orders messed up again well you guys lose a customer ‍ I wanted to like this place but if you can't even get your menu down right, there's no point in spending my money here. read more

Love Dutch Bros, their staff is always friendly and service is fast. Lots of options to choose from (and they're pretty much all sweet), I always go for the Kicker, iced or hot, both are great. If I want some drive-thru sugary coffee drink, I only go to Dutch Bros. Plus, I asked for a sticker and they gave me 2 free stickers. Rad. read more

I live closer to U of A, but the service here is unbeatable so i'm willing to commit to the drive. the drinks are made quickly and the quality is always up to par. i've never had a bad drink, but i can say with confidence that the baristas would be more than willing to remake the drink. they also have a really cool text club where you receive promotions exclusive to the people apart of the text club. read more

The drinks here are great but it never fails that every time I visit this location the service is not what I've come to expect from other locations. It feels stale and forced that the people working are there. It's probably why I drive out of my way even if I am in the area.
