They are soft and not overly sweet and they're so stinkin' cute and perfectly shaped. The minis are about 2 inches by 2.5 inches. Some cinnamon flavor to them as you'd expect from this traditional Mexican pastry. A fellow parent offered my kids the little treat bags from Bolita Bakery and I immediately started searching for them and gathering intel. It's a registered home baked good and I gather that they bake to order on weekends. My cochinos were baked a day before (bake date was written) and they held up beautifully.
