I'm doing keto so you have to request subs, and only coconut water, coconut milk, and almond milk options for smoothies. There were no issues with subs and staff was very friendly, helpful and understanding. It was a little after noon on a weekday late summer, and there were few people there so it was very calm and quiet. There are a few inside tables and a counter facing the street, so a little limited in seating but sufficient for the customers. Very mellow, and health oriented. I wish they could lean a little more keto and have at least one or two options, as healthy can mean a variety of things. Specifically, whole milk would be good. Very nice establishment, I know it's not under their control but the homeless people outside asking for money were a bit of a distraction. One worker was there and she took care of everything very quickly. I had a turmeric shot and fresh pressed juice. She proceeded to cut everything up herself and prepped everything. I came here this morning January 2 for the manager, to be able to identify and speak with the employee if this feedback matters to them. I've been here a few times before when I'm in town from Cali, and I felt this was an ok smoothie spot. I like the cafe next door. I ordered the Greenie Juice today. I went outside while waiting, but something (intuition) told me to come back in and watch while my smoothie was made. My juice was in the process of being made, but then I saw the worker cutting more produce - celery in particular that was brown & faded, and truly looked not of the quality to serve, beautiful people reading this comment. I saw her pause looking at it, but then, cut it anyway. It made me wonder the quality of the produce just put in my drink... And actually my drink was awful. I am vegan and have had 1000's of green juices and know the spectrum of their taste. This one was Salty. To the point where I could not finish the drink and I believe it was salty from probably old produce used in my drink as well. Again I had to throw my drink away, and even felt a weird feeling in my stomach, because initially I tried to still just drink it and think the best! Also, the worker had an awful attitude, just slid my juice to me and didn't say a word. I feel this is also not representative of a smoothie shop and even the people who tend to go and get smoothies or green juices... I wished her a good day, because her energy was so bad. Note* When eating out, be aware of the energy & vibration of the person who prepares your food - for many reasons. I know this will resonate with the right people. I have been ordering my favorite Açaí bowl for take out. I ordered the Berry Greens Pitaya bowl with added goodies such as peanut butter and chocolate chips. I always add honey, it's a must. This bowl is so so sooo good. It contains dragonfruit, kiwi, strawberries, bananas, and granola. I can't wait to order more when my gift cards arrive that I ordered from Downtown Tucson Partnership! The bowls here are berry good. Ordered a berry greens pitaya bowl my first visit, loved it so much, came back and ordered a tropical açaí bowl on my second visit. If I had to choose one or the other, I'd go with the pitaya but both were some of the best I've ever had. Fruit is fresh even 15 mins before closing (which is when I came both times) portions are HUGE and you can add lots of customizations. These things are summer in a bowl. They blend fruit and coconut water into the base and then add granola and more fruit on top. You can add things like peanut butter or coconut flakes for an extra price and then they top it with your choice of honey or agave. With tax, and no add-ons, it'll run you a little over $10. There's enough food for 2 people to share. Next time I think I'll try a smoothie. read more

Was really craving an açaí fruit bowl during a study sesh downtown so we stopped by. I ordered the Classic Açaí Berry Bowl (açaí + granola + blueberries + strawberries + bananas + honey) and a scoop of PB. It was pretty good! I wished the açaí was a bit thicker but the bowl overall was still pretty good. The store was very clean and nicely decorated with a couple seatings inside. They had a grab 'n go type of stand for easy salads, yogurts, or juice. So very disappointed!!! I came in today although reluctant due to the whole covid situation not to mention the protest going on downtown and everywhere in the country really. So there's a young brown kid who comes in on a bike he orders and is asked to wait outside, my sister and I are next we order and are also asked to wait outside (which we understood due to covid or so we thought) but two white girls come in and are not only allowed to stay inside but their orders are prepared first regardless of the fact that they came in last.. this is so sad for many reasons but come on we are in the middle of protesting against racism and y'all are just going to allow it or be racist. Safe to say I'll never come back here so sad Yes this place is most definitely racist/prejudice although they claim to be "minority owned" they don't understand why allowing some peeps of a certain (lighter skin tone, yet not others is ok) to stand I their establishment is ok. We didn't get the best service, he didn't really recommended anything (the average answer of everything is good here). Hubs got the Dragons Breath Smoothie and I got the Detox Green with a total price of $16. I think smoothie wise, I would prefer Xoom Juice. Maybe we'll come back and try the Acai Bowls!
