I went to Dutch Bros to pick up my annihilator drink that I had ordered ahead through the Mobile app. When I arrived to pick it up, my drink looks like it was primarily a milk drink with little to no flavor. I could slightly taste the espresso and it was just a hint of sweet. With so few customers you would expect the workers here would be more intentional about their service. So I know the price $5.90 the lady says oh something is "wrong" with the card reader takes my card then gives it back no signature no nothing. I am so glad they opened one near me! I had only seen them North of Dallas. The customer service has always been awesome no matter what time of the day or night I've gone. Even when there is a line, it moves quickly. I think what sets Dutch Bros apart are all the options they have...hot/iced/blended coffees, teas, smoothies, & energy drinks, you're bound to find something for everyone. They've got so many sugar-free options too! I've gone here every weekend since they've opened and there have been a couple of times I've gone twice in one day LOL! A couple of my favorites are the hot Caramelizer or Iced Cold Brew White Mocha both with soft top & caramel drizzle. Download the app, it's so convenient & you earn points. The only hiccup I've experienced happened tonight. For some reason, the nice employee wasn't able to scan my QR code in the app when I was in the drive-they & she must've tried like 6 times. Dutch bros on Walzem rd started off really well and the customer service was phenomenal even when under pressure. I have never complained but today when I went there was maybe like 3 cars which is nothing compared to how packed it normally is but the customer service was off today. No matter how annoyed you are with the customer ahead of you or the one from this morning when you give bad service that turns customers away. You should always smile and kill people with kindness. I know that that's not always easy but when you work in an industry as such it is your friendliness and good customer service that sometimes bring customers back.
