Solid Dutch Bros. location. We stop here for our daily drinks whenever we are in Yuma, AZ, usually around the time of their fair and again during their fall festival. We just drove through yesterday and everything went smoothly. The broistas are always so helpful and friendly and the drinks come out correctly. My wife tried something different for her - an iced-911. I went with my standard - iced Electric Berry Rebel. Cold and refreshing and helped us make the drive all the way back to Mesa. read more

The drinks are decent but I really do not appreciate how shamelessly the staff is always asking for tips. You can tell the only reason they act this way is because it's how they're trained. The job openings very clearly advertise a position with high paying tips, and they always expect it for the bare minimum. Even if you walk up to the window and order an already prepared drink. It's extremely aggravating, and if you say no, they get visibly uncomfortable. Do better Dutch bros. read more

This is the first Dutch Bros I had ever been to. And now several years later we still stop at it when we are in the area. The employees are always nice and patient. The last time I went they even erected a shade thing and added water misters. Our drinks aren't always as we ordered them, but close enough we are happy and dont complain. read more

9/10 times we come to DB we hit up the drive thru; it's easier as the lines aren't that long plus the staff is always friendly. We arrived around 10am at the beginning of the month and worried that we missed the stickers (I love the stickers), so we parked and I went to the walk-up window to ask if they had any more....they did. So we ordered our drinks right then and there. Besides the wait in the sun (normal but next time it's drive thru for us) when I paid the staff-guy didn't ask for a tip, and they were out of paper for a receipt. My wife had me snap a pic of the receipt but it didn't come out. She was a bit miffed because she's heard of scams of the staff adding their own tips unbeknownst to the purchaser. Not sure how true that is but I did feel bad I didn't try harder to get a better picture of the receipt, or that I might have been taken advantage of. Maybe this only happens during a walk up transaction; I know during the drive thru they usually ask if we'd like to tip or not as we always tip. I hope I didn't get scammed. Butch Bros is a great place if you are looking for just grab and go drink and food. These drinks can be for coffee to lemonade with boba(which is what u had) so if you r in Arizona or Vegas or whatever if there's a Dutch Bros coffee you should go! read more

Not going back here. Their line is attended to left to right, regardless of who was in line first, seems fair, lol. If you're actively not serving people in the order which they arrived I am not interested in giving you my business. The lady who took my order, said "this is my job" when confronted about this. I drove from San Diego to try the infamous Dutch Bros' coffee! It was worth the drive (to me at least) because the 911 ice blend did not disappoint! The staffs at this location were sooooo friendly, they were truly sweet and went out of their way to give us that Dutch Bros' experience that everyone has been telling me about. Drive through is the worst. This company hasn't figured it out yet. There is no order to attendances coming to you. Has to even wait behind two cars I was here and ordered before. Doesn't make since. It quicker to get out of car and Goto window and order and less hassle. Every other coffee chain has figured out how to effectively do drive through except this one. Shame too it's good coffee. Best coffee place ever! Have been a fan for years! Orange sickle Frost with whipped cream! Just like the 50/50 bars when we were kids!! Their Pumpkin Breve hit is to die for...well maybe not die because you couldn't have another!! Their hot chocolate is so creamy good & don't forget the whip! My first time here, drove by it a few times and finally made it in, very glad I did. Good tasting coffees and pleasant service, everyone seemed to be in a good mood and specialty coffees were made in a reasonable amount of time and tasty. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Dutch Bros. Not only did we wait forever outside while the drive through went super fast but the ladies working were not helpful or nice. Seen so many cars come and go through the drive through and they had the nerve to say our order was behind everyone's and they do orders based on who's gets put in first. This coffee business has the worst system ever, it is as slow as molasses and obviously doesn't have enough employees but it takes forever to place your order and longer to pick it up. I have been in line for 26 minutes. Lots of fancy drinks but that just holds things up. This is such a bad business model if you don't hire enough staff and then pay them crap wages. The 3002 s 4th Ave Yuma AZ location has the worst customer service. I was there Monday night ordering iced coffee, blended smoothie, and a chocolate freeze, they messed up my order did not do it how I requested, my son went back to tell them and they were nothing but rude and disrespectful, I asked my son to put me on speaker phone to tell them I wanted a refund back and they guy at the window was so unprofessional by asking my son to give him all the drinks back!! Seriously what kind of service is this? I mean if they are not accepting cash due to Covid-19 then why are they asking for the drinks back?? Very rude and hipo critical. I reported the incident to the main head quarters branch but til now the local manager from this location has not contacted me at all. Never again I will go back to this location. Starbucks has a way better customer service!! Word of advice if you order your drink make sure you check if they did it right because if not they will ask you for the drink back!!
