Its good coffee, I love it but their drive thru system needs a lot of work. I try to leave for work a half hour early to stop for coffee and gas. I sit here waiting to place an order for over 25 minutes and thats not including time taken to make the coffee. They need to open their window up. Or something idk. Im going to stop coming before work because I almost ran late 3 times because they take SO LONG. Its so frustrating. Its also annoying that they take your order away from the screens with menus. If its someone's first time, they won't know what they want and that also holds up the line. So today ill definitely be kate to work because lines are BARELY moving. So my bf And I are from out of town and after a very nice lunch at the local brewery, we decided to grab some coffee! I've never had Dutch Bro's And decided today was the day to try it! The line was super long, but that's because it was 120 degrees outside and some Karen was holding up the line (I saw her yelling at the window worker which made me so mad). Anyways, our order got lost in the que, and a very sweet worker gave my boyfriend and I an extra drink! Literally the slowest, most inefficient Dutch bros I have ever been to. They took almost an hour and STILL got our drinks wrong.

Hi, my name is Misty. And honestly this is my favorite place to go. All the kids are AMAZING! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They all are so happy and up beat ! The coffee is amazing, But it's the vibe those kids give off. I just love every single one of them. I see them on a daily and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They all know my name. Have my drink memorized they smile and Hollar when they see me pull up. They always ask how my day is and even though that's part of the job description- it's like they really do care. Stopped here after doing a little grocery shopping. Haven't had their coffee before and wanted to try them out. There were a lot of vehicles in line, but service was very quick. Staff was extra nice and highly energetic. I ordered the Carmelizer (hot) and it was deciduous. Will definitely return to sample more of their menu. read more

Great coffee drinks with a huge menu! The staff was dancing and having a great time. It was refreshing to see them having so much fun at work. I think we could all use this type of change during the pandemic. The staff came out to my car to get my order ahead of time as they had quite a long line and it made things move alone very efficiently. The drinks are great!! The staff was overall great! The wait time is not good. However, that is not why I am giving this 3 stars. During the drive thru both times I've been here they ask you if you would like to leave a tip before charging your card which I found to be a little redundant. Especially considering the wait times. Yes, sometimes the drive up lines are long but the attitude of the runners are always very friendly and the Picture Perfect that I order is delicious. No matter how hot out it is the runners are smiling and the window people are just as friendly and seem genuinely to like the job. Way to go Dutch Bros.!!! read more

This is the most poorly managed Dutch Bros I have ever been to. We expected it to be more convenient to park and walk up to the window to order our drinks instead of waiting in the long drive through line. Apparently they put the walk-up orders in the same queue as the drive through orders so it is not more convenient at all. We waited for our drinks for about a total of 30 minutes after we had ordered. There were a total of 6 employees in there and only one of them was actually making drinks. Some of the employees were just joking around. The moment we asked for a refund suddenly the drinks were finally ready. The only reason why I put two stars instead of one star is because the drinks were good. A+ for the one employee that was actually working. They will correct any mistakes or even if it's not to your liking! Now my tip is get to know their menu because it's not all listed. You can get your drinks half sweet if it's more to your liking. Obviously drinks that use amy kind of premix have sugar so I try to stear clear. Plenty of sugar free options! Keto options. There of course teas , smoothies , blended and iced . Plenty of choices to tickle your fancy. And the pupacinno's with the cute doggy biscuits they treat the whole family well! Customer service will always bring me back .
