They vacuumed the window tracks, washed all the screens, and did a thorough job cleaning every window. This is the second time we have had Dutch Touch do our windows on our home here in Lake Arrowhead, CA. Matt has been here both times and has been both courteous and professional and has done an awesome job. I purchased my condo in Palm Springs December 2019 and this was the first window cleaning and what a difference it made. Dutch Touch crew were on time, professional, courteous and did a great job... I will definitely use DT again to clean my home's windows inside and out! The exterior window cleaning utilizes a good amount of water with an attached hose brush... If you have a smooth concrete patio, I'd suggest asking the crew to squeegee the excess water away before they leave... They made a custom sliding screen door for the doggie door at the house, the door is awesome but our pit bull is not very easy on her exits or entrance and loosened up the support. Called Jon and they scheduled an appointment to come out, the tech replaced the rivets with screws and installed a new brace, took care of everything. Excellent service all the way around !! I had my windows cleaned today and they look amazing! Matt & Chris were very thorough, yet fast and hardworking. My 2 dogs usually bark whenever anyone does work at our house, but today they were quiet the whole time. Matt even cleaned my mirrors in the bathroom! They were both very courteous and worked the whole time they were here. They also pressured cleaned some areas on my stucco and that looks nice, too. I am very pleased! Amazing !!! Actually showed up when PROMISED! My windows are SPOTLESS. I have a 16 ft.wall of continuous windows and they show everything from dust to streaks and NOW ITS LIKE BEING OUTSIDE! Best window cleaning service anywhere. the two technicians were friendly, courteous and very efficient. We have a two story home with ceramic roof tile and they knew exactly how to walk on the tiles without breaking one.
