As I was walking towards our backyard I noticed the floor was infested with pigeon poop. My husband looked up and noticed a family of 5 pigeons living under our solar! Ugh why couldn't they find a home elsewhere. Our inspector did warn us about pigeons loving solar panels too! I knew we had to bird proof and find the right company. Where 1. They removed the pigeons ethically 2. They didn't break any of our roof tiles 3. They know what they are doing! I ended up going with Jordan (J&J) because they do not kill the pigeons nor their eggs. They actually have a person who takes care of them and the adolescents pigeons. Although, the pigeons were a costly fix- I didn't want any harm done to them. Jordan provided me with pics of all the other eggs, pigeons he removed and assured me that none were harmed. Jordan is super friendly, answered all my questions and def was the right person to bird proof our solar. Because of his awesome customer service we signed up with his solar cleaning plan. Using a meter he showed me the ionized water was a 4 ppm and the tap water was 446 ppm of TDS (total disolved solids). He emailed me pictures of before and after the cleaning. I had not had them cleaned for two years and thought the rain would clean them. I was wrong. After he clean them, my production was up by 30%. I an sold and will get them done at least annually and maybe semi-annually. The rates for the cleaning are more than fair and maybe the lowest in the Corona/Riverside area.

He was super thorough, answered our questions, and even brought something up we hadn't thought about: our HOA! This felt like a no brainer for us because it was to protect our home, but he was totally right, we did need to go through our HOA approval process. The HOA was the slowest part of the experience. In anticipation for that, Mark provided us with 2 quotes Mark kindly checked in to see how things were going and if we needed anything else from him and the team. When we FINALLY got approval from the HOA, I contacted Mark (7/20) and he was able to get in touch with the team for us to get installation services THE SAME WEEK!!! This team is amazing. For installation, we had Armando & Robert, again, both super professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. We wanted to make sure that our garage was open for them so that they had a staging area if they needed it, and make sure that they had access to a bathroom, but we also have two very curious kitties. We gave them a heads-up, and they were both very understanding, accommodating, and careful when they came inside. Installation took ~4 hours (which is so much faster than I thought it was going to be), and the results already look beautiful. In addition to the bird proofing, the team cleaned our solar panels (I had no idea they would be that dusty after just 1 year). We are absolutely getting on there annual plan for solar panel cleaning, which is a huge relief for us because I know that this team will take care of our house like it was their own. All of the staff were considerate and communicative. We were able to get scheduled for a quote within a week of calling, and when Mark came out to do a walkthrough, he was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all of our questions. Because we live in a neighborhood with an HoA, it took us a while to get permission to do the installation, and ReinmanPro was polite & patient about checking in with us without being pushy. Their pricing was reasonable, and they provided us with quotes for both "just netting" and "netting + spikes", so that we were prepared regardless of what the HoA determined was allowed. Thankfully we were able to do the full install, rather than a partial. Installation was scheduled quickly, for the same week that we accepted a quote. The day-of installation was quick and easy, taking only about 4 hours. Armando and Robert did a fantastic job, treating both us and our home with respect. In addition to the bird-proofing device installation, they also washed our solar panels, cleaned the gutters, and did a full clean-up of the worksite. They gave us a ton of before and after pictures from every angle, so we could see exactly what work was completed.
