From breaking parts…read moreduring the repair to charging me more than what the auto parts dealer has the parts listed for to misdiagnosing the CPU, and finally taking my battery which was recently replaced under warranty and putting an old battery you had on hand into my car and not giving me my battery back. My car died and the battery would only hold a 39 percent charge. I didn't know you never put my battery back into my car ( the one you said the auto parts store had over night to charge) and I had to purchase a new battery rather than have my battery which was less than 9 months old in the car and if it was defective it would have been replaced under warranty which is why I called and texted many times during the after noon but could not wait any longer and had to spend 300 dollars. You owe me at least 300 dollars plus a list of items..... Such as agreement to repair at my house: only to be asked to have it towed to yours- 150.00 Broken fax clutch and fax- 300 or so Over a week without a car for a job that has an 8 hour estimated time. Uber and rental car 550.00 Overcharging me for parts 300.00 And yes it was the crankshaft sensor that we texted you may be the issue ( while trying to help you figure out the reason it would not start) By the way it started prior to you working on it and had to be driven onto the tow truck

I called 3 Hanford auto repair shops, one of which I have been going to for many years, regarding a…read more1st gear transmission slip. All other gear changes were fine. The fluid was clean and red. My code reader indicated a control module malfunction. All 3 told me immediately that I needed a new transmission and did not even suggest a diagnostic to be run only after a 30 second phone call. I stopped in Benedict's and that was the first thing they recommended-a diagnostic. They called me the next day after I dropped off my car and ran the diagnostic and said I needed a transmission control module and would have the part orders and installed in a few days. It runs like new-maybe better-after the repair and programming. I am now bringing in my Jeep and pickup for some repairs as well. Nobody likes having a vehicle repaired and the expenses incurred but that's life. An honest skilled mechanic determines and fixes the problem and does not take the easy way out and just replace everything when a part can be repaired or replaced at a cost savings to the customer. I can't say enough good things about these guys! I brought my truck in after constantly having…read moreproblems with my front differential. Every time I'd take it out to the dunes and drive through the sand to get my camper where I wanted it, the front differential would end up cracking or failing. Brett and Kev took the time to diagnose the real issue and came up with a permanent solution. They fabricated a custom bracket to reinforce the front differential, making it much stronger, and also re-geared both the front and rear differentials. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because I'd had so many failures in the past, but after taking it back out to the dunes and putting it through some hard driving in the sand, it performed flawlessly. The difference is incredible. My truck feels stronger, more capable, and gives me the confidence to drive it the way I always wanted to.
