My boyfriend and I were on our way to go to Clewiston, FL when we got a flat tire. We called 2 other tow truck companies that claimed we were out of range even though we weren't. It wasn't until we called Tows Are Us when we finally got someone to help, that is, after 3 hours of already being stranded in the car waiting for the other tow truck companies. Anyway, he came out and got us in a timely manner and drove us to a shop. He even gave us a few tips on how to get a better deal on a new tire. Incompetent would be too kind to say the least for this company's management. I drove from Miami to West Palm Beach to respond to a Craigslist post. I called in advance to set a time. When I arrived, no one was at the shop. After waiting an hour and calling 20+ times, I left. I was able to speak to one of the owners (after my eighth call) only for him to tell me that I must have spoken to his partner and there is nothing he could do. Moral of the story: don't get ripped off by these people that could care less about your time or money. read more
