They are terrific in every respect from the design to the construction to the weekly progress reports and finally the education on how to maintain your pool properly - known as "Pool School". We have a 25 ft pool in a rectangular design specifically to provide enough space to swim short laps if you wish or just to laze around in if you wish. It is self-cleaning and the heater and pump are silent. We are using their excellent pool service, and the service rep comes on the same day each week and is very thorough. Finally, they are not remotely salesy and happy to provide all the information you need whether you buy or not and their pricing is competitive. I'd recommend them as the best in the area. read more

We had a great experience working with DuWet. They built a beautiful pool, deck, and pool cage for us. The communication with them was great. Each week we received an e-mail update on status and next steps. Their crew is top notch and some of the nicest people around. Our pool project manager was very detailed oriented. Noticed a microscopic hole in the pool screen and had the pool cage contractor out that day to rescreen that section. And unlike others, once they started construction they stayed on it. We know people who have had pool builders start, then disappear for a couple weeks, and then they just show up. With DuWet we always knew what was happening and when. We were forewarned that our yard would get torn up but at least DuWet tried to minimize damage. One of the Association board members even mentioned that our pool build was the only one in the neighborhood that did not result in a cracked sidewalk as DuWet takes measures to minimize damage from the equipment. To my surprise, our cable wire was never damaged unlike others we know who had pools built. I would definitely consider DuWet if you're in the market for a new pool. read more

My wife and I had Duwet put in an inground pool about three years ago. Everything that the owner promised, he delivered. This past week I got an error message and I called Anna for help. Instead of just sending a tech which would have cost me some cash, I explained the issue, and the tech and Anna figured it was just a fuse. So Anna asked if I could just change the fuse and save myself some money. I said yes and that was it. Just a fuse change. There are so many companies that would have sent a tech, but Anna went beyond to help us and save us money. DuWet has no consideration for the properties in the area they work. They ran a trailer with a backhoe on it over my lawn. When I complained they said they sent someone out to repair it, but there was no change to the lawn. Do your neighbors a favor and use A different company for your pool installation. read more

Their equipment is cheap & faulty! Bought a heater from them not even a year ago & it is already broken which they said they never installed for us! Big lie! I feel this company has shown underlying racism for how they have treated us! We paid their pool service to keep our pool clean, which they never did!
