Upon my return to the property, the pool and hot tub were green and drained 3 feet due to evaporation meaning the pool had not been cleaned in weeks and at some point the pumps failed. When confronted about the situation, Nick communicated that he fired the tech who was not servicing pools and would restore the pool to the correct chemical balance. He left the pool for an additional two weeks and stopped responding. Stay away from this company!
