Adam helped us pick out two cardio machines (we're partial to Precor, but they offer other brands), a dumbbell tree, a plate tree, a barbell and a bench. Honestly, Adam couldn't have made it easier. He was super knowledgeable and his pricing was unbeatable! He followed up faithfully with quotes and information about financing as we worked to finalize our order. Everything is set to be delivered in one week with the exception of the bench, which is a custom order. I would normally wait to review until the deliveries were complete, but I'm so thrilled and confident about our purchase. If that changes, I'll be sure to update! You can do your research, but I think you'll reach the same conclusion we did: Gym Source is the best source for your home gym. P.S. Parking is easy here. Truthfully, the pricing is mixed and you may not get a great offer for something you have that may have some value if you are selling used. You may also pay a lot for something used that isn't that great either....BUT a few things to consider about this store/general philosopgy: 1. People tend to overestimate the value of their stuff 2. In order to have a successful business that can offer used goods (so hard to find in this world outside of the online world), you have to pay the rent, pay for the lights to stay on, the employees to offer the service that you get that's not online, and to make this sort of marketplace work. They also probably have a decent sense of what they can resell and what they can't...And, finally, and it's the big one for me - 3. There are legitimate deals and great quality used stuff that is reducing the waste on this planet, helping parents get sports gear for their kids at a more reasonable price and sometimes even great quality, and it's all about timing as the inventory is always changing, just like the sizes of our children. Play it again offers a way to exchange our kid's old gear, upgrade to the new, and then repeat without a bunch more $ht that we all end up with even if we have to pay a fee in the process. The people that work here have been nothing but kind to me and genuinely want to help. They pick up the phone when you call and are honest about the products. I have found a lot of great stuff here and try to buy used when I can/it makes sense. Depending on your timing again, it can be hard to find certain types of things and this is one weakness perhaps in the model. They tend to have a lot of balls, lacrosse sticks, but very few elementary age bikes for example, or roller skates in the size that you need. Some people seem to be upset about their return policy but I think they are pretty upfront about it. The store credit can be saved and eventually you will find something you want/gift idea.

He had a great personality and when I returned later with my mom, he pleasantly helped her as well. Upon check out, I was able to get the app price honored.
