Russ has been an outstanding racer and Porsche builder for many decades in NM with superior…read moreknowledge and workmanship. He is also the most dishonest and conniving business person, as well as personally the biggest jerk you'll ever have the misfortune to deal with. He flat out stole my Porsche without any remorse after stringing me along for months doing nothing, much less what we agreed upon, and then had the temerity to demand payment for ??? and refused to release the car following his belated complaints that the car had 'been there too long'. Hell yes it had been there too long...because he kept telling me he needed more time! It was all a ploy to generate 'charges' for no actual work. His relationship with local authorities thwarts legal repercussions if you are out of state. If you pay him a lot for nothing or perhaps very little, your experience may be different, but beware this may be the outcome for you and your baby as well if you give him any leeway or trust. Hated to rate even 1 star...really just a warning so others in the Porsche community don't lose their cars in the circumstances I experienced.

Wizards with a spanner, this is a full service Porsche shop, they just completed a difficult repair to my emissions system, they could have replaced multiple parts with lots of labor time, but turns out the issue was leaking hoses so the repair was completed properly with low cost, Remember quality work takes time, allow for it on each visit, during pickup each time ,Russ discusses completed work And general health of your vehicle because he inspects everything thoroughly and knows his craft If you're picky about your Porsche, this is where it belongs Fun place to find on your first visit, huge Porsche badge adorning gate as you pull in, you'll have to wait a bit for the gate to open, but they know your coming because you made an appointment, right A Porsche heaven if there ever was one

General Manager Freddie and his Team truly care about taking care of their customers and their cars! We had some air loss in our tires (admittedly while towing a U-Haul Trailer) and our Oil Light went off so we stopped at Big O to check out the tires (not a big deal and they refused to charge us for ensuring they were properly inflated). They told us they could fix the oil leak and damaged oil pressure sensor (okay, so we did happen to run over an armadillo in Amarillo; or truthfully, that armadillo ran/jumped into our oncoming car!). Still, the damage was much more significant than just breaking the plastic air spoiler on the front bumper! We did not want to spend a lot of time or money on our journey from NYC to LA but we could not drive safely from Albuquerque to LA without getting the car fixed first. Freddie and his Team took great care of us, gave us very fair pricing (BTW, Veterans and First Responders get an additional ten (10%) percent discount here!), and totally fixed us up, including changing the sensor, all of the filters, the oil, and everything necessary to get us back on the road safely! I hope never again to break down in Albuquerque but if you ever do, go to the Big O Tires on Rio Rancho Blvd and tell Freddie that I sent you!
