Hell yes it had been there too long...because he kept telling me he needed more time! It was all a ploy to generate 'charges' for no actual work. His relationship with local authorities thwarts legal repercussions if you are out of state. If you pay him a lot for nothing or perhaps very little, your experience may be different, but beware this may be the outcome for you and your baby as well if you give him any leeway or trust.
