I have an appointment time and after a couple hours just called to check in and say hey and what's going on with it and Lady told me that he was out getting a test drive.. I assumed at that point that the car was done and ready to be picked up so I proceeded back over to the shop. Upon arriving, I see the car parked in the back lot right up against a trashcan, pinning it against the building. It actually damaging the trash trashcan.. which means they don't take proper care of customer vehicles. At this point, I asked if it was ready to go and the lady said it actually never even was seen yet so I decided I was gonna drive back across town and come back later to pick it up. halfway home. I get a phone call letting me know that the service advisor person was gonna get on the phone with me and proceeded to tell me that the inspection was done. Everything was good. They just needed to do the Eva and refrigerant.. I asked well OK how much is it gonna be fingering it? The back is $30. The inspection is free. Refrigerant should only be a little bit so I still looking at probably 100 bucks or less.. the guy proceeds to tell me it'd be almost $300 which blew my mind. I said no thank you went back to pick up the car and I also asked the service manager lady upfront with the deal was because pricing was confirmed on the phone when I made the appointment a week prior as well as in the morning when I dropped the car off. I was told that it was a miscommunication on their end, which makes no sense to me because it's a pretty straightforward procedure and cost. The only variable is the amount of refrigerant put in the vehicle. I proceed to drive the car over and drop it off at big old tires and they did it for $150 total. As an added, plus this whole experience, I ended up ruining a nice shirt and getting grease all over my hands because they got greased all over the inside of my car and the steering wheel. Just had the car cleaned the day before. Just be beside myself!

Perry called me 45min later telling me I needed a pressure test on the AC system, quoted a price for the testing to troubleshoot. I agreed & waited. After they spent quite awhile on the vehicle charging the AC with a dye to check for leaks. Perry came out to inform me I had a leak down in the core areaof the engine. It was in a area that would require dropping the transmission & some other tight areas. He was honest and straightforward about how big this job. He was rock solid with the fact they were not equipped to do this job. His honesty was impressive. Even if they couldn't fix it he was able to make recommendations to who could & explained the cost. I noticed a lot of seniors using this place, even ask one gentleman about the place. He said "I have been coming here for 50yrs that says it all". Even though they didn't fit the AC I know what is wrong, price was less than a hundred for all the investigation to find the problem, & a solution was presented. I highly recommend this place

No response except in person visit got a promise a manager would get back to me. They never have. Yeah right, listen to this... I called last week and C.J. answered the phone. I told him that I needed a clock spring for my 2001 Dodge Dakota because my horn hasn't worked for years. Other mechanics have checked the fuses, relays, and everyone diagnosed that the clock spring needed to be replaced. I kept being quoted at $714, which includes the part and labor, but I didn't have the money until now. Well C.J. went to his computer, looked up my vehicle, and basically said the same thing- that the job will be $710. Fine. I called back the next day to schedule an appt. so C.J. went to his computer again to order the part but then he asked me if my truck had a heated steering wheel. I said no. Then he said Oh wow, the part is more money without it, go figure. And then he said that the part is now $220 more, making the grand total over $900.... C.J., the 2001 Dodge Dakota didn't have the option of a heated steering wheel, and being that I ordered my truck straight from the manufacturer 23 years ago and told you that I kept it as close to the original as possible, you knew that my vehicle didn't have a heated steering wheel in the first place. When I dropped the car off the coolant tank was full, it was hot out, when I got the car back they said I had a coolant leak and the tank was empty however I have cardboard on floor go the garage so I can tell of something is leaking sign of leaking.
