Please don't let this guy touch your property. I asked him to install an exterior security door. Provided all the parts. He get to my place and says he forgot his tools. Comes back and hour later. Then he says he forgot another tool. Come back another hour later. He finally starts. I wish I would of asked him to walk me through how he was going to install. I hear him chopping up and banging things the whole time. I assumed he was just getting it done (I don't like to look over a person shoulder while they work). I finally come out after a few hours(since it was supposed to be 1 hour job) to see how he is doing, and he sawed into my front door frame wood for no reason, drilled random holes into the security door, drilled random holes and deformed my threshold with a hammer, and put security door frame and it parts on crooked and unaligned. He chopped up the new sealing threshold to pieces, so now it's worthless. I point it out to him and he says "yeah looks like it belong in a trailer park. I but I am too tired and will come back tomorrow to fix it." The next day he texts me and says he can't come, and will come the following day. Following day...same thing. I call him and we make plans for the weekend. Weekend comes and no show. Call again and says he will come Sunday. Another no show. Now I've gone to just buy the tools and fix myself. Really disappointed after the great review he has, but I don't know. Now I just don't ever want him to come back. read more

I give him my first tenant to deal with, he says he called them twice after I had to call him for an update 4 days later. Said it wasn't worth his time. Dwayne Had the cheapest pricing out of all the handymen I contacted and he was very responsive before the job. He completed all but one item on the list of things I needed done and said he would return in a couple days once the correct product needed for the job arrived. I did not hear from him again unless I messaged him and he would say he could come either that night or the next day and he would just never show up and this happened multiple times. I had also purchased the item I needed installed and he went to Home Depot and bought a different one and wanted the reimbursement without talking to me. I was fine with it because I could return the one I purchased but feel like it's something he should let his customers know before buying things. He did do a good job with the items he did repair except the caulking looks a bit sloppy. I sent him a message after at least week of not hearing from him to see if he could give me an invoice for the work since I need it for the sale of my home and again no response. read more
