All He could do was text "help" to his daughter across town. She saw the text and called 911. The ambulance came and the paramedics were not the best but got him in the emergency room. The doctor was okay, the nurses were rude and abrupt. After he was treated (treatment was minimal but okay. Nurses rushed him out the door, and made him walk out in his weakened condition. Did not offer a wheelchair. And told him, too bad if there's no-one home, you'll have to wait in the waiting room to be picked up. Fortunately, our daughter across town was able to pick him up and take him home. I call that unacceptable treatment!!​

She convulsed again when we got there. Dr. Hancock refused to test her for alcohol poisoning, it was a battle to get them to let her finish a single IV bag. They said it's normal to have convulsions after drinking. IT IS NOT NORMAL TO HAVE CONVULSIONS FOR DRINKING. This is not our first bad experience with the ER in Rexburg.
