She asked for my phone number and found my profile. She didn't say "Yes, I need to see the coupon". I assumed (shame on me) she applied the $10 off. I load the plants, look at my receipt and the $10 off was not applied. She applied a different discount which was less than $10. I walked back and by now there is a line.
