This place has an all sales final policy. There was one guy I think he did irrigation. He was very knowledgeable and helpful picking out my magnolia tree. I was told I would get a call the following week after my purchase - that did not occur. I had to call them. They told me it was raining and they'll do it next week. I called them on Tuesday of the following week because nobody reached out; they are very unorganized. They do not have a time /day they give you. They just show up and call you right before they come. The couple times I did call and I think I spoke to the owner he does not know how to provide customer service. He was irritated with my questions. I just wanted to be on a schedule to get my tree replaced. They got my money already. This place is super expensive. I do love my tree though. read more

We love O'Dells Nursery & Landscaping and are so happy to be able to support a local family owned & operated business! Devin has been great to work with - communication with him has always been easy and for that we are grateful. We are gardening rookies and he was so patient with us during the consult when we were coming up with ideas on how to give our front yard flower bed and back yard area a cleaner look. He gave our outdoor area just the boost it needed - we get so many compliments on it and love spending our days out there! During the landscaping process, it was discovered that we had a pretty big irrigation problem and Kyler was great coming in to fix that. Even though it came as a bit of a shock to us, we are happy that they were able to fix it sooner than later and appreciated the urgency to complete it. My 4 year old loved to go outside and talk to Devin & Kyler - they were great at answering her 100 questions about what they were doing. Every time we drive by the nursery, my girls wave and yell "hiii Mr. Devin, hiii Mr. Kyler". I have also spoken to Liz on the phone a few times to schedule consults/appointments, and she has always been so nice & helpful. Overall, great service and top quality plants. I like to review based on services I actually received. Not getting quotes, like Terry B. said, is definitely frustrating. But not worth one starring a local business! So this place has Tractor Supply, Atwood's, and D&L's all within a few miles. I have my thoughts on them all. But what I love about O'Dell's is the ridiculously knowledgeable staff (maybe not the temp hires for the spring but the regulars are who I am talking about), the clean atmosphere, the local small town community feel, the park like setting, the healthy plants, the wide selection!! of plants that I couldn't even find online, and the eagerness to help me. I love that they offered a food truck to customers recently to celebrate something and made it feel almost like a state fair. I will definitely go back time and again. My mom prefers this nursery when she comes to visit me from Louisiana too! ONE IMPORTANT THING!! For some reason, they are really difficult to locate on google maps and Yelp. You have to google plant nursery near me and put in a local zip code to even find their address. I hope they are able to correct this because I have driven past them a million times to head to other nursery's not realizing they were there! read more

I called O'Dell landscaping in February and asked for someone to come out and give me a quote on some work I wanted done. They arrived close to the scheduled time, and gave me suggestions on what I envisioned. I was expecting a quote within a week, and received nothing. After 3 weeks I called them back to see what happened, and was told the email was sent. I was also promised a call back to confirm that the quote had been resent, and that didn't happen. I didn't get the quote either. After 4 weeks, I called again looking for my quote, and was again promised a call back to confirm the quote had been sent. Nothing happened. Now within 5 weeks, I have called 3 times with promises of a call, and email with a quote, and I have nothing. I guess they don't need my business. Not very professional. read more
