They installed three very large windows in our older home and a year later two of the windows are great but the third window is leaking and ice is coming inside. Please see photos. A call to the owner revealed he will not stand behind his work after a certain time frame. He claimed that the snow was up to the window and I showed him a photo where it clearly is not. The other two windows have snow but no leakage. He was annoyed to be bothered on a Sunday and accused me of threatening him but he simply did not like my tone. I had already reached out to his answering service as he suggested and they are nothing but rude. Proceed at your own peril. read more

cracked windshield replaced in a couple of days(that was great). Drove on the highway and made it home and molding fLee off. Reached out and let Matt kno what happened & he said he would take care of it. A month goes by still no molding he (Matt) keeps saying he's ordering the piece. so I went to Nissan & ordered the piece& gave Matt the bill. He's paying it in 2 parts bc it was a lil pricey . Sadly the molding on the other side came off.smh poor costumer service. I wouldn't give them my service ever again!!! read more

Had a window repair that this company took care of in a matter of a day. Also had some windows that were difficult to open and close and one that needed a balance spring. They reports to us and the RV dealership daily so we were all on the same page and knew exactly where we were in the repair process. Owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. I've found them to be professional and are happy with their work. I understand they are busy at times, but if you have an emergency, they will accommodate. They do a decent job but their glass quality is very poor. My windshield was repaired there in January. They failed to let me know they were not able to find the original windshield. The following month the windshield cracked on its own. They told me to come in, i did. To later let me foot another bill for over $400.00. I've never heard of a new windshield cracked solely because of the cold weather. Next time be up front and honest with your customers if you want them to come back and refers friends to your business. I felt played. I had no choice but to foot another unnecessary bill. People work hard to earn their money. I felt like I was taken advantage of. Always be forward and upfront with your customers. Honesty is the best policy. That's exactly how you loose customers. read more

RACIST!!!! and I don't use that card often. Soon as I walked into Dwyer on 10/20 I was not greeted at all. 2 ladies at desk looking at me like I did something wrong. I immediately said I was there to place a order. They looked at me confused and asked who'd I spoke with because they didn't speak to me. Which I didn't speak to anyone. I walked in as a paying customer with a cardboard traced out of the glass needed to place the order. The older lady then finally decided to to take my order. After they stared me and my Husband up and down. I let them know from the beginning I am not a glass expert. My husband came there days prior and a nice gentleman gave him instructions on what is needed for the glass to be replaced. The older lady asked me the measurements and I gave it to her. While She was writing. I interrupted her and told her the glass was cut around the edges. She looked at me in disgust and said "I wished you would have said that earlier, Now I have to write on a new receipt" She acted as if another tree was gonna be cut down for that 1 receipt that she only wrote my name and measurement on. I was about to curse her out. But my husband gave me a look so I kept it very professional. From the start there customer service was terrible. all the questions I asked them they looked at me like I was asking stupid questions about Glass. Then the lady kept saying I wished you would have cut the cardboard measurements out. Then I said it is precut. if you got scissors I will cut it out for you, but your able to punch it out if needed. Keep in mind I work for a company That makes tables and doors, customer always come to my office to get referrals. I've sent this place business before. I will never ever send another soul here. I feel like it was a race thing soon as I walked in the door because I am black and I had a mask on, so Their was no reason for the mistreatment esp if I am a paying customer. I'm just waiting for a call back so I can speak to their manager. I was so mad that i only gave them 1 measurement because i didnt wanna give them business. I went to Glasstek Unlimited on 1575 main street in Brockton and they were nice and answered all my questions. This place customer service is terrible. And if the mangers is reading this. Please address your staff. their is too many bad things in the world happening for bad customer service to be one of them. read more
