They might do good work, but their customer service is terrible. The told me they would have my car for a week, but they would not start it till they got all the parts. They had it for over 10 days and kept on giving me the excuse the need a new front wheel. I called over and over again, they said they would call back, and they never called me back. The day I got the car I called 3 times. I told them every day you keep my car I have to pay for the rental. That fell on deaf ears! I would choose 0 stars if that were an option. My car was hit and this shop was recommended to me. I was honest with them and told them it would be fixed through insurance and provided them with an estimate. I also asked them to paint over some scratches. Right away they wanted the insurance check, my deductible and the extra money for painting without even touching the car. They operated with no manners, responding with an "uh huh" when I called with a cheery "good morning" and treated me as if I was trying to hustle them. People only accuse you of what they are accustomed to doing....At the end, my car was untouched for a week, they never attempted to contact me directly and treated me like they were doing me a favor. Their shadiness makes me wonder if while my car was there, did they steal some parts out of it! They felt so untrustworthy and acted as if they were some premium shop. They even questioned why the insurance sent me the check and not them. Obviously it was because I was shopping around and didn't know which shop I was going to choose. If my attempt was to scam them, why would I give them the insurance papers in the first place? Horrible experience. read more

I have been doing business with Jeff for many years. I don't know how many; at least 15. He has always taken great care with my vehicles, ( I'm real fussy about my vehicles, kind of a car geek) He has kept them looking sharp and like new for years, I had a 2004 Avalanche that always looked like new. This is probably the best Auto shop you'll ever go too. They did an amazing job on my C-class Benz, repainting and restoring the car to its natural beauty as of it was coming fresh of the lot. They went above and beyond by fixing a dent I had on my car fender and door handle that wasn't even part of the job to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. This shop seems to be a family own shop and the people there a amazing and caring. When you go there just ask for Jeff and he'll take care of you. In late October we drove our daughter to Boston for a job interview. Unfortunately in downtown Boston we hit a deep hole and it tore loose the plastic plate attached to the undercarriage. Two thumbs up for Jeff's service. Besides what other people comment about his excellent job, I just want to add how he keep his customers in mind and make things so much easier for me. Quite often, he even goes out his way to provide extra help. I trusted him for all my car body work since Jeff took over the business. I have a bad schedule, and at times I either don't want to take time off from my work or I may get out of work late. Jeff always accommodates my request so that I can leave the car to him in the lot in the previous evening. He then will call me in the next morning and discuss the work need to be done and the cost involved. After his job is done, he will call me and I can pick up my car any time. If I can't make it during his working hours, he will let me pick it up myself after I get back from work late. I had, at least four times, work done in his shop and I made a couple of special arrangements. For a couple of times, after checking his work on the car, I even got supprised that he even fixed some small things which I did not even ask him to fix, like a loosen part, or a piece that sticks out of place, etc., without extra charge. I completely trust him and I just could not say thank-you enough to Jeff for all the time and fussing-around he save me. read more
