I brought my 7th-generation Honda Civic in to have all four speakers replaced and a new head unit installed. The owner recommended speakers from his shop and suggested a radio that would improve the overall sound, so I trusted his recommendations. When I dropped the car off, an entire day went by and only the rear speakers had been replaced. I was then told the speakers I had chosen were defective, so I had to wait another day before he even began working on the front speakers and radio. After spending around $1,000, I expected quality work. Less than six months later, the front speakers started cutting in and out. About a year later they stopped working completely. I also ended up chasing a parasitic battery drain that killed my battery, leading me to replace it before discovering the real issue. An automotive electrician later found corrosion in the speaker wiring and wiring leading to the doors, along with poor installation work. None of these problems existed before the shop worked on the car. Looking back, I should have brought it back under warranty, but after the experience I had, I wasn't confident I wanted anyone there touching my car again. What also left a bad impression was the constant complaining about working on my Civic. A 7th-generation Honda Civic is one of the most common and straightforward vehicles for aftermarket audio work. Hearing that he "didn't want to work on another Honda Civic again" after the job was finished was unprofessional and didn't inspire confidence. Sun & Sound just doesn't feel like the same shop it was when they were located in Worcester. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.

Today I went to exchange a shirt that didn't fit (it was a gift) and I didn't have the receipt. I was always taught when I worked there that you could exchange without a receipt as long as the person was buying something of equal or more price. I asked the manager about this and she rudely told me that I was wrong and she's "worked there for 5 years and the policy has been the same for 35 years" and she walked away from me in the middle of our conversation. She could have been nicer about it or gave a suggestion about what to do. But instead she was disrespectful. I will NOT be returning to this store because of how I was treated. I can get better quality clothes at H&M.

After losing a little bit of weight, I decided to treat myself to some new, nicer, better quality clothes from a place like Express. I explained to her my situation, and without batting an eye, she lead me around the store, asking me questions about my style, what I felt comfortable wearing, etc. The most genuine and helpful retail salesperson I've ever met. She showed me the Portofino Slim Fit shirts and picked out a few different patterns and colors to try. On our way back to the dressing room, she continued to pick up other pieces she thought I'd like. And I nearly liked everything she chose. She really had an eye for what style I'm into, but also what I would feel beautiful in! Some pieces-- like a thin-strapped halter-type soft pink and flower print-- I never ever would have dreamed to try on. But with a few well-placed accessories, all of a sudden it looked totally "me." Rose kept coming back to the fitting room with new items to try on, including an amazing pair of Columnist pants. By the time I changed back into my "old" clothes, I felt like a different person. Checkout was a bit scary-- I knew I was in this for several hundred dollars-- $400 to be exact. *Enter jaw drop.* But, for that, I got 4 Portofino Slim Fit shirts (in different colors/patterns), the soft pink and flower halter, another soft pink lacey tank top, the pair of Columnist pants, a long-sleeved flowy formal black blouse, and a short-sleeved blouse. Rose told me about an offer they had, helped me get it on my phone, and took a whopping $75 off my order. Much (?) more reasonable... I think? But let me tell you, it was so worth it. I immediately changed into one of the new Portofino shirts I bought and felt so much more confident and truthfully... beautiful. Jamie complimented me on the look later saying the shirt looked "just like me." Since then, I've worn several of the pieces and have always received praise for my look. This one shopping trip has truly, honestly, and maybe pathetically, changed the way I feel about the clothes I wear. So, thank you, Rose, for being one hell of an amazing retail employee, and helping one defeated woman feel alluring and self-assured with your words of confidence and your keen eye for fashion.

Anthony went above and beyond for us and we really really appreciate him and his family. We had a very quick and small Covid wedding (6 people) and my wedding band was ordered from Hannoush. I actually had a wedding band idea in my head that I had seen at another store of which he found and had his cousin make for me. My ring was made quickly and beautifully without any issues. It was made right on time for the wedding. All of the communication regarding the ring making process was very prompt, professional and stress-free.
