Buying a suit for the first time is stressful enough, but Michael was super kind and extremely helpful in providing every option under the sun. We never expected to walk in and walk out with the entire fit in tow, but we were thankful to have been proven wrong. I would highly recommend saving your dollars on the stress that shopping at other places will give you. If you have a bigger chest or an unusual body type, this might be the spot for your guy best friends. Whether it is Michael or Austin, you are sure to be well taken care of! Pro tip: we walked up to the door located off the street between the pizza place in Barnes & Noble. There was a sign that made us extremely confused and we ended up walking around in circles, trying to find an entrance inside the mall. I went in today to buy a pair of pants for work and the sales person Delia gave great service. Remembered my name. Every sales person is outstanding. Every time I walk in they always offer a bottle of water and stick with you till you find everything you need. I felt like VIP today when the sales person remembered my name. This experience was poor to say the least. The representative that helped me was not helpful in helping me find what I needed. The worse part of the visit came at checkout where he refused to honor the coupon I had. The only reason I visited the store that day is because I had that coupon. He sated that it wasn't valid with the items I was purchasing. When I informed him I had been there the week prior and they had no issues he just said "yes this is very new because we have a new CEO and you can't get those coupon and sale price" I added the same items to the cart online with the same coupon and it gave me the discount. I showed this to the rep and the store manager which just read the coupon to find a reason why not go honor it instead of looking at my cart online and confirm that it does discount my items. They refused to scan my coupon because they knew it would indeed be valid but their ego was more important than making a customer happy. Very disappointing and definitely would not recommend this store because their ego is their number 1 priority. read more

My husband has court at the end of the month and needed to buy a suit. We expected to spend minimum $400. Times are tough and quarantine led us both to become furloughed from work so funds are tight. He's a big guy and we went to three stores in the valley and no one had his size 52. The store in the mall downstairs suggested to go to DXL upstairs near Barnes and nobles. Right as we walked in we were greeted by Mr. David Haulbrook and were given a quick run down of the current sales and if we needed anything to not be hesitant. The store air conditioner was on also so that was a huge plus, fresh cold air walking in after the desert heat outside was fresh! We were told about a small clearance room in the back of the store and my goodness was that exactly what is was! The best clearance I have ever seen in my life! The manager David was by far the best salesman we have ever met in my entire life. I know it seems far fetched but honest to God truth, the best customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life!! He was unable to size my husband due to social distancing but he guided me and showed me how to get my hubbs correct measurements. The suit had pants that didn't fit but David was able to order his correct size.We bought a Ralph Lauren suit, dress shirt, tie and vest for under $140!!!!!!! The receipt shows that we saved over $500!!!!!!!!!!! The only good thing that came from the current pandemic was these sales!! David was so friendly,funny, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with! This was our first time at the store and we will definitely be returning!! The community needs more salesman like Mr. David Haulbrook! Thank you for being real and honest and down to earth! Very disappointed it is not bad enough that they gouge on pricing as you have no other place to go, on top of that they lie to you. On Friday the store manager Christopher Graham wait on me for a refund instead of refunding the one item he said that it is better to void the sale that it would not show up on my card. I found myself needing to shop at DXL in Palm Desert recently because only they have the sizes I need. Now my inbox is exploding again, despite being told that they would not send me emails. I unsubscribed again, but it takes "7-10 day" for it to be effective. How is it that my credit card can be charged the same day? Sad that we can't simply buy what need and be left alone. A great end to a shopping nightmare. 12 stores and nobody had my size. Was recommended to try DXL and I was not disappointed. Was instantly met by Ed at the door. Although he was busy he pointed us to where we needed to go and told us he would meet us there in a few minutes. As promised he joined us with his measuring tape and fitted me with the right shirt. He took us to the register and gave a warm hand off to a young man who rang up our sale. He set me up with an awards account and also gave us $20.00 off as a Birthday bonus. He was empathetic as we told him about our 5 hour shopping nightmare. As a little cherry on top he offered us a bottle of water since we looked exhausted shopping in the 90º heat. Good job guys.
