First off I'd like to commend Riley for his awesome customer service! My husband and I along with my parents came in to look for suits for the boys for my cousin's wedding coming up. They're both Cowboys and needed to find a suit that would fit over cowboy boots. We knew this would be a tricky task. We love Men's Wearhouse because they're always so helpful and we love the egara line, but this experience turned out to be a little different. Everything was going great. Riley was pulling us different suits off the rack to try and he almost had their sizes perfect just by guess. He was so helpful and accommodating (they tried on a lot). We had an issue with my dad's boots showing too much and asked if they had any tape to help tape the shaft. I'm not sure of the lady's name who was working but she was snarky and seemed to be inconvenienced by us. Nevertheless she did end up helping by offering us some caution tape, but the experience onward was more like she was inconvenienced by us. A bad impression to make when we ended up spending almost 1000$ in the store. As we were coming down to our final decisions, she said we needed to clean up our space and started putting our options back on the rack. We would have been happy to move them elsewhere if she would have asked. Riley was awesome! I think if she would have been the one helping us, we may have taken our business to a different location or store. We love Men's Wearhouse and I'm sure we will be back in the future however, I would recommend having a conversation with her because you definitely could've lost a sale. read more

We were so excited to shop at Men's Wearhouse for our wedding and ended up purchasing a full outfit including the jacket, shirt, pants, shoes, and cologne based on recommendations from the employee helping us. When we got home, we noticed a pen mark on the suit jacket that had been selected for us by the store associate. We called the same day hoping they could help resolve the issue, but were simply told there was "nothing they could do" and to take it to a dry cleaner ourselves. What made this more frustrating was that we had the pockets cut in-store and were told afterward the jacket was non-refundable once altered. Had we noticed the stain before, we never would have agreed. We also tried calling back to speak with a manager and received no answer. For such a large purchase tied to our wedding day, the lack of customer service and accountability was extremely disappointing. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in to rent my suit for my wedding, and waited 2 hours a big party of 8 was put before me when I had came in before them. The fitting went well, everything fit perfectly and I was excited for it. I rented pants jacket vest tie and shoes. I received my suit the week of my wedding date and everything did not fit the way it did during the fitting. I had to buy my own dress shirt. Because the shirt I was given was 2 sizes under, the hem on the pants came undone, the vest fit like a baby bib. I will never return to Mens warehouse again. read more

Ordered a suit for my wedding back in January. Took it in for steam cleaning after a few items had to be delivered to my house. Once the rest of my order was delivered, I took it in for steam cleaning. They didn't have any suit bags so I left the store after the steam cleaning was done and hung it up in my closet. I went in yesterday to buy my dress shoes. I asked if they had any suit bags, they gave me one. Today I transferred my suit into the suit bag for storage and noticed that my white dress shirt was missing sleeves. They were cut off. I was unsure why or how this had happened, the suit had been left in the clear bag that they put it in after steam cleaning, with a single knot at the bottom of the bag. It was never removed from the clear bag. I took it in today to see what they could do about the white dress shirt. They made the comment "the tailor would never do this." They even tried to say I had purchased the shirt a year ago. I had purchased a similar dress shirt about a year ago for a funeral. The entire time they made me feel like I was trying to scam them or get a free shirt. It was honestly embarrassing to be treated as if I was in the wrong for something that wasn't my fault. The dress shirt they gave me after they steamed cleaned it, wasn't even the same size of the original shirt I bought with my wedding suit! After several uneasy questions and answering them, they decided to give me a new white dress shirt and write it off as an exchange. I signed my new receipt and they were done with me. They didn't offer to steam my new shirt. I felt as if I they had their mind made up that they didn't make any mistake, and they were just ready for me to leave. I left in disbelief. I called the store as I drove home and asked to talk to the manager. The man on the phone claimed he was the assistant manager. I told him about my experience and how they made me feel like I was wrong. I told him that someone even made the comment that "our tailors would never do this." He said he was the one who made the comment. He asked if I was satisfied with my new shirt, but I told him that it would have been nice if they would have offered to steam it. His response was that they are really busy with prom season. Prom season will be over soon, but they have lost a returning customer for sure. I have been going here for all my suit needs, but I will never return. It doesn't matter what season it is. The customer should always be right, and I am right. I get married in 4 days, and this could have been much worse if I didn't catch this in time. I have lost my trust in their control over quality. I have lost respect for the fast that they disrespected me and doubted my claim. I lost respect in the fact they was not accountable for their mistake. I wasn't asking for anything for free. But they obviously do not care about returning customers. Prom season is more important to them at this time. Prom comes once in a lifetime. But I will not be back for the rest of my life. I'm sorry but there were no men working here to help my husband and just because a woman who works here says she wears these men shirts easily does not mean a man will be able to fit it properly. There were 2 other younger females working as well and they were more concerned with their coffee than any sort of customer service. We waited for 5 minutes to check out and nobody came to help us. I've had some good experiences with Mens Warehouse in the past at other locations, but this location is not to par. There were multiple groups waiting to be helped at the wedding/group desk and neither of the employees immediately next to the desk seemed to care. They both looked at the people waiting but continued fiddling with the racks. A "Be right with you" would have sufficed, but instead it took "Can we get some help?" to get some assistance. The rest of the experience followed suit. Pun not intended. Worth driving to the Surprise location instead in my opinion. read more

He explains he can't separate the suits but I can buy the pants that don't fit and get them tailored. I suggest reading Unreasonable Hospitality and learn how sales and service work together. Russ chose policy which may be best in his role but a poor choice on the P&L and brand reputation. So my fiancé called the men's warehouse(91st mcdowell) to find a suit for our wedding and the grooms men party of 7 last week, they said it's by appointment only (ok no big deal) so we scheduled one for today at 1pm... he calls them letting them know if they can push it to 2:30pm they said fine just come in, so he gets there and they said they r not scheduled so they can't see them.... This is ridiculous and a waste of time and gas. He did schedule and when he called earlier to push it to 2:30pm they didn't say anything just to come in. So now they pull this crap..... He was an overweight fellow with some type of back brace yelling at a women who seemed to have a foreign accent. She was calm and trying to de-escalate him.
