Exceptional job! Better than when it was new! Dyemaster performed an excelkent job in restoring my damaged stairs. I used a commercial cleaner to clean a stain and also used it to clean the remsining stairs. Had no idea it would turn the brown into orange. It was ugly. Wow. My carpet was a mess after years of having a sick dog mess the carpet repeatedly. Big bleach out spot where dog opened up an ink pen. Had many orange and peachy spots all over from using Resolve and lots of discoloration from cleaning it twice a year for ten years. This was a horrible experience! First of all it did not work! There are several spots that are not even covered at all. It took 3 days to dry! He also told me that it would dry in 7 minutes before he started. The colors are horrible! I admit, my carpet was a hard one to cover because it was flowered, but he should have told me in the beginning he had only done the flower carpet one other time! He was an older man and I thought he knew what he was talking about, but as I look back, he just wanted a sale! It took me 1 1/2 hour to finally decide to do it with him standing there next to me. I should have listened to my gut and stopped the whole process but I let him talk me into it which is my mistake. I have to have all the carpet replaced along with several baseboards that are now so saturated with dye water that they are ruined. Bad, Bad experience! read more

Dyemasters brought new life to my off white carpet. Just purchased a mobilehome and the carpet is in good shape but was off white colored. To look at it now you would never know it. They came out great and we did 2 colors in different rooms. Dave patiently waited until we were finally ready to do the dying, and then was able to accomadate my schedule on a Saturday. We picked a color called Winston and through steady trying, got it just right. Same with the bedrooms in a steel gray. He and his helper Scott were very friendly and didn't mind me hanging around. We are very pleased with the final result. Thank you Dave & Scott. Only 1 small issue; when draining the sprayer in my kitchen sink, there were 2 brown dye spots left behind. It has taken me a long time to write this review as I don't normally do things like this. BUT, I don't want other people to go thru what I have. I told him that there was damage from pets and he said that wasn't a problem. He cleaned my carpet before dying it and saturated it to the point that it took a week to finally be dry. He never extracted the moisture before dying it (leaving the soil in the carpet unitil after the dye was applied). The extraction was simply a fast once over leaving the majority of the moisture in the carpet. My carpet now looks worse then before he started. I now have carpet of many different colors. I contacted him several times, he did refund me half of the money but wouldn't refund the rest due to travel time. I now have to replace my carpet. I would not recommend this company. read more
