I was in need of professional to repair my carpet. It's been about 10+ years since the carpet was installed and each room had these carpet bumps. The carpet needed to be stretched. I am so happy to have found Brian. I was able to take a few pictures and he had me measure the square feet of the area/room that needed stretching. (The length and width of the entire room, multiply together to get the square feet. Brian got back to me quickly with a fair quote. Based on scheduling, we agreed on Friday morning from 830-9am. He was prompt and polite and showed up on time. I asked him to walk through the areas that needed stretching to make sure the agreed upon quote was still accurate. He got his tools and put booties on his shoes and began to work promptly. Now I know why he had me measure the entire square feet because the "ENTIRE" area needs stretched and not just the part with the bump. Brian is personable and I was able to able to find out that he has been doing carpet since he was 18 years old. He has over 40 years of experience! I was really impressed that he had the tools and knowledge on how to approach each room. I was able to get all the clutter and small stuff off the floor the night before. With his tools, he was able to stretch the carpet without moving too much. Each time I hire anyone to work on my house, I vet their past jobs and see if the customer is happy with the work and to see if it's a professional person devoted to the craft or someone with tools that watched some online videos.
