USA*CSC TEP CO $2.00 Was so confused to see that on my bill. Turns out it's the charge for pumping my tires 6 days ago. Wish the merchant name was more clear; thought I got hacked. Also, wish they weren't showing a price discrepancy. Google tells me $1.50, but Bank says $2. Which is it? Apart from that exp, the self-service was straightforward and clean. Its bad enough i had flat tire i went to use the air machine (tap to pay). after transaction went though I noticed the hose had been cut. I went inside to ask for my 2 dollars back. "Ashan" got Irate and said no refund! I took a picture of his name badge so I can call owner. He got so irate and told me i was trespassing, I was told to leave or he would call the police. The place basically stole my 2 dollars and trespassed me... is that not theft? UPDATE - I spoke with the owner, he offered to make things right. Very nice person apologized for treatment and will deal with his employee. I am glad no one else will be treated this way again. read more

I had a strange gas-tank-locked issue, and the gentleman working here came out to help me, tried all sorts of things to help, and was extremely kind and patient about my taking up the space at his gas station for so long. GAS STATION A SCAM. Came and put gas in my tank and the gas didn't do anything to my tank. I had to get home so I put $10 in after work which should've added an extra 30 miles to my tank. I pumped and assumed the gas would reflect. When I turned my car on there was no update to my gas meter. I drove around the corner thinking it was my car but no it didn't update. I went back to the establishment explaining the gas never pumped and the owner decided to belittle me and explain to me how MY car works and that it pumped the $10 because the gas pump showed $10. He was extremely rude and was talking to me as if I don't know anything about my car and how gas works. It's $10 fucking dollars and im just trying to go home, I would never come back around the corner and lie about gas. This establishments customer service is trash and the owner is running a scam ass gas station probably pumping fake gas and overpricing as usual. I RECOMMEND THE ARCO OR 7 ELEVEN GAS STATION ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE 55, THIS TRASH OWNER DOESNT DESERVE BUSINESS. read more

One of my go-to gas stations when traveling in So Cal for a few reasons. First, it is right around the corner from Hotel Terrace where I am usually staying and its location is convenient to getting on the CA55 freeway when heading back to the airport in the rental car so it is very convenient as my last stop to fill up the tank before returning the car. Second, it is open 24 hours which makes it also even more convenient and accessible for the jet-lagged traveler. Finally, it is a Mobil branded station which is tied to my Upromise 529 contributions. On top of all that, it is clean, well-lit, and has pumps that are in good working order. There is no full service here (is that even available anywhere anymore?) and no car wash, either of which would cause me to give it a 5th star but there really nothing to find fault with here. read more

I love this gas service station! I come every morning to get red bulls and lotto tickets- I see the same faces working there! ( which is a good thing) and a lady who works there in the morning, who's an ANGEL! she's SO NICE!!!!!!!!! and always has a smile on! some days, when traffic is horrible and I am just hating everything ha ha.. I will stop for my red bulls and talk to her and my day changes! This morning I went to the gas station to pump air into my tire and I had to change 2 dollars into quarters. When I went to put the coins in the machine it was broken. I went back inside to try to get my refund but the idiot lady who was on shift didn't give me back my refund. It ruined my Christmas Day. She said that it belongs to the city so I am wondering if it is true or not? Because she said that to get my refund I would have to get it from the city. read more

I trekked all over this rather depressingly industrial area that surrounds the hotels serving SNA airport only to find that the nearest 7-11 and AM PM don't sell wine or beer. I walked all the way down Dyer to find some wine at a 7-11 about a mile away just when I was about to give up. I didn't like the looks of the choices of snacks at the hotel lobby so I took a very short walk to this Mobil station right next to my hotel. And you know what I found? They have wine and beer!!!! The jokes on me this time, but now I KNOW. And knowledge is power. To top it all off the man at the cash register was very cool and friendly. They have a limited but decent selection of snacks and other typical convenience store sundries and it's clean! read more
