This Chevron "Extra Mile" does not allow you to use their bathroom if you dont but gas why are you even a Chevron "Extra mile"

They flat-out refuse to provide free air as required by California law. (The law is even mentioned on a sign on their air pump.) I asked the man in the shop about it, and his response was, "We don't have the remote anymore. I have no connection to the air pump." There is a sign on the pump telling customers to enter their TRAN or invoice number followed by the "green" button (and there's an added sticker saying 2x, so I assume your are supposed to hit the green button twice). However, the invoice number has a D/E in it, which are not options on the keypad. I tried using just the numbers, but that didn't work. There's not exactly a green button, but there looks like there's maybe a little green paint on the Enter key. This didn't do anything, nor did trying the authorization number or whatever the number was next to the date. I'm not necessarily a fan of requiring gas stations to provide free air to customers, but once it's in the law, you know the gas stations have built it into their gas prices, so we're paying for it. But this Chevron station is willing to break the law to get an extra $2 from customers who need air. I'll be calling the complaint number on their pump. Something tells me it won't help, though. read more

Do not come here if you have to go to the cashier. The gentleman that helped me was dishonest when he rang me up. I brought it to his attention twice and he assured me it was tax. When pressed harder he said the deal was for 3 and not 2 so I had to pull the sign and hand it to him. Eventually I just went to the car, grabbed the items and returned them. DO NOT GET PROPANE FROM HERE!!! I replaced my propane tank here for the first time and I installed the replacement in my BBQ as I've done countless times and as soon as I tried to turn on the gas, it started leaking from the top of the tank. Tried my backup tank and it worked fine so I know it wasn't me or the installation. I went back and they said no returns or exchanges. Take your business elsewhere! read more

I don't know if he is the owner but he told me to never come back because I changed my mind to get gas after I gave him $120! This is my usual gas station. It's mainly due to the fact that it is located right between the freeway and my home. It's a couple bucks cheaper a gallon if you pay with cash. Apart from being close by my home, there's really nothing special about this gas station. It's a standard sort of chevron. They have windshield wiper stuff for you to use while you gas up. The convenience store that's attached to the gas station is also standard. You can pick up your usual food: chips, coffee, jerky, soda, etc... read more

I gassed up Diana's car, at The Chevron on Redhill Ave. in Tustin. I put $30 dollars of gas in her car. Then I purchased; A small bag of Almonds, that are lightly roasted and they had a good taste: A small bag of whole cashews, that were sea salted with a nice crunchy taste: some Raw Almonds with; no cholesterol and no preservatives. Ahmad is the worker there who has touched my heart. He deserves a raise. I was driving back to my home in San Diego from seeing my mom for Mother's Day. Sounds like a seemingly pleasant weekend (and it was) but my heart has been heavy. I won't write a sob story about the chaos that has been my life or the recent information about my brother potentially having cancer again. Anyways I pulled into this gas station (having to pee very badly) and the bathrooms were not working. This sweet man let me use the employee bathroom and he blessed me with words so kind that it restored some of my strength to fight the many battles that lay ahead in my life. This location particularly their employee named Ahmad does not deserve even a one-star rating. Ahmad was observed to be extremely ill-mannered and rude to a customer. He needs to be trained in delivering at least satisfactory customer service skills. A guy who has been patiently waiting to pay for his purchase, called Ahmad's attention as he was ready to pay. Ahmad harshly yelled "WHAT?" He knew that a customer was waiting but he deliberately chose to continue what he was doing and made him wait. I've been going here for years because it's near my house and off the freeway which is convenient but the other night stood out enough for me to want to leave a review. I grabbed my keys and locked my door to go pay inside. I then started filling up my tank and tried to get into my car but couldn't. I realized I forgot I had taken my actual car key and put it in a purse pocket and locked myself out and my phone in. So I went inside and told Mona (the cashier). She let me use the phone and was really nice which isn't new. She's always been smiling and kind when I visit this Chevron. This Chevron gas station is overpriced. It is more expensive than any others gas stations in Tustin. I stopped here once in a while just because I needed gas right away and I prefer Chevron gas for my car. Agreed with others that complained about the Indian girl at the register. The woman running the place is the rudest person ever. Do not take your business there. ARCO across the street is way cheaper and friendlier. The propane tanks they use are from a cut rate company and are dangerous. When I tried to return a leaking tank, they would not honor it and were down right rude regarding the matter and flat out lied to me that they do not carry that brand yet there was a sign outside displaying the brand and other propane tanks inside the cage with that label. read more
