As with any antique mall there are vendor booths that are well priced and then insanely expensive. There is a lot to see for sure. One main drawback is this is a "CASH ONLY" business. If you read my reviews you know I hate cash only businesses. Luckily I had plenty of cash- as it turns out I ended up not purchasing anything. I was tempted to purchase a few items but did not. I highly recommend visiting- I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area. They have a little snack stand and a nice. Lean restroom to make your shopping spree comfortable. I did not eat here but I thought that was great! I was tempted by the enormous Valentines cards for 1$- but there were no envelopes. This place is literally bursting at the seams with the most beautiful, one of a kind, vintage, pieces. Everything from 20s flapper, 50s housewife, 60s retro, 70s boho chic, everything in between, and maybe even the future! No matter what era of vintage you are into this place has it. They have a small men's selection and some vintage children's clothes as well. Rose is the owner and she is fabulous! She greeted me as soon as I came in the door and asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. I asked her if she had any military coats and she quickly and happily showed me 2 authentic ww era coats that were both exactly what I was looking for. Rose clearly has a killer sense of style and an eye for fashion. A few pieces that really caught my eye were customized pieces she hand painted, beaded, or sewed. As I shopped I noticed every piece of clothing I picked up had a dry cleaner tag attached, which impressed me a lot. I also noticed the store didn't have that vintage musty smell. My 15 minutes in heaven was flying by way too fast and it just continued to get better. As I scurried around the store, Rose helped me maximize my time by showing me the most AMAZING items! I think my heart skipped a beat when Rose unveiled the super rare "Picasso Faces" fur coat Rihanna was seen wearing. The coat selection was amazing. I ended up investing in two coats at great prices but I got "Moore" than just a couple of cute jackets. Rose and I were chatting as I was cashing out,. I was officially running fashionably late at this point but I was having so much fun. As I was leaving, Rose explained to me that she wanted RCmoore unique to be a safe haven for ALL people to, come hang out, relax, feel good, feel confident, and leave feeling empowered! However finding these pieces took me about two hours the store. Although the selection wasn't as impressive as other consignment stores and greater Philadelphia the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Two weeks later I stopped in again and the other worker, Michelle, said they were not taking summer clothes because they "had too many". This would have been fine except her tone and dismissive attitude were rude and uncalled for, not to mention Daphne told me to keep coming in and their website does not indicate that they had stopped excepting consignments. I then left Daphne a voicemail and emailed her but received no response so I stopped in a few days later to speak with her. As I was walking towards them Michelle said to Daphne "THIS is the girl I was telling you about". Daphne rudely told me that they were no longer taking anything unless I wanted to leave my bags for them to go through and they would donate the rest (even though the old procedure was they would go through it and then call you to pick up what they didn't want). I guess their consigners are no longer worth a phone call! The next day I returned to pull all of my items that did not sell with very very little help from both Michelle and Daphne. Michelle could not even figure out how to work the computer to print me out my lists of items that were on the floor. It took over two hours to find all of my items because of the awful organization skills of this place. My clothes now smelled terrible so I washed them and will take them to other stores I consign at that treat me well, such as LuLu, The Loft on 724, Greene Street, and even Plato's Closet. These stores are pickier, but for good reason - they have a MUCH better selection and I would recommend checking them out before you waste your time looking for hours for any quality items at "Love" It!
