She asks a ton of questions not only to address your health concern, but also to get to know you as a person. It is uncommon to find a doctor with such a relaxed and warm bedside manner. She is an absolute diamond of a doctor. The office is clean and modern. There is plenty of parking all around the building. It is located right off 518 and is easy to locate. The staff is friendly and receptive. There is usually very little wait time. The office uses the MyChart ap to help you stay in contact with your doctor. Dr. G and her staff usually respond the same day or the very next day. You really get the feeling that she cares. She never makes you feel like you have a dumb question. She does not have the doctor complex that you usually see form other doctors. She is not only the nicest doctor I know, she is one of the nicest people I have been fortunate enough to meet. Dr. G spends so much time one on one in the room with you that there is absolutely no feeling of being rushed whatsoever. You feel like you are catching up with a friend more than talking to a doctor. I wholehearted recommend Dr. Gertieson to anyone looking for the last doctor they will ever need. I made an orthopedic appointment with Methodist because I couldn't get in here for FOUR WEEKS. Methodist I got in NEXT DAY. Oh, and if you're sick and need to get in, don't expect to see YOUR doctor. You'll see someone but 99.999% chance it won't be your own doctor. Like another reviewer mentioned, this places is EXPENSIVE AF. I came for a routine physical with routine blood work and had a balance... this is because they charge so dang much that insurance won't cover it in full. Therefore, when it was my husband's turn, we stated that we would not be doing our lab work at Kelsey anymore and requested that the lab slip be sent to another lab. They were hesitant but eventually agreed. Just for reference, to check Vitamin D level, Kelsey charged $153... Quest is $56. And maybe from now on, I'll request a quote before agreeing to any service they provide to be made aware of costs ahead of time. Honestly, the cost here is so much. Sick visits are nearly $200 whether they are in person or virtual. Don't get me wrong, we do really like our kid's doctor here. (We didn't like our PCP but she's since left and) we love the NP we saw. This place is nice for those looking for "one stop shop." See the doctor, get labs/tests, get your meds at the pharmacy but you'll PAY for the convenience. Honestly, I'm not sure if we'll stay here forever. Maybe we'll shop around some more.

However, I left every visit feeling down because I was not being heard. With every complaint, Dr. Clark reverted to my weight being the cause. I told her that I literally was having SO much trouble breathing and she told me, again, it's because of weight gain. A few days later, another doctor took the initiative and discovered that I had fluid in my lungs which was causing the extreme trouble breathing. She did her job fundamentally, but I would not recommend based on her ignoring my complaints. Her staff was okay, but other Kelsey Seybold offices took more time to offer education on a step-by-step basis. Dr. Clark's staff did not do such.

I do not recommend Dr. Felicia Workeneh to any patient. My son has been seen by her for years and…read moreshe never remembers his name or any personal information about him. I just assumed each time that maybe she would remember "this" time. With seeing so many other patients I Never got a warm welcome from her. I should have switched doctors when my gut told me to. However, this past week she misdiagnosed my son with NOT having the flu and sent him home to take over the counter meds/ Motrin for coughing, high fever and flu-like symptons. Upon returning home after our visit; my son's fever kept elevating leading me to take him back to see Dr. Workeneh the very next day (less than 24 hours). With the same symptoms he was having prior; and requiring me to pay another co-pay (which she refused to waive) for us with my child returning less than 24 hours is completely ridiculous and not warming to my family at all. I would never recommend her to anyone; especially first time parents. She does the bare minimum each visit. This last visit I waited 1.5 hours Before she entered the room. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional as I heard her outside the door laughing loudly and talking to nurses and other patients while I waited for an hour and a half with my son's fever was 100.6; when indeed it was the flu.
