You can never get customer support long wait times and if you do it is over sea's when you request to speak with someone in the US it doesn't happen though Vivint is based out of Utah. Have complaints about their business practices, especially when it deals with my safety. They are an alarm service you cannot reach when the equipment is not working very reassuring to me. You buy an alarm to know your house and family are safe, well think again. Not with the Vivant alarm system or its support team working . I have spent over six hours on the phone not getting anything done. No one could answer a question to get me to help most of my conversation was with the Philippines, yet a Utah-based company how American. The owners are Todd Pedersen · Keith Nellesen who send out there manipulating salesman with fraudulent claims. There is no way to reach corporate headquarters oh 6lets make it 7 hours on the phone you can even reach anyone to cancel

    I have been frustrated with ADT alarm services. We had…read moreservice at a property in Mesa-az and sold the property, bought and moved to another house in Phoenix. We had a different alarm system and provider in our new home. I called them last year to terminate our services and they told us that our contract was still running until Oct 2026. I will have an early termination penalty. I keep the service until 4/25 that the house was sold. Transfer the service to our new address and new equipment until we decide about the termination of the contract. Call them again and decided to terminate the contract, pay the early termination of $350 and return the new equipment. They did not wanted the old one back. Took me 1.20 hrs in the phone, 6 different people, each one has to hear my history and explanations. Finally, "labels for my returning equipment should be in my email with 30 minutes ". Never happpen. Call the following day, another 1.25 hrs in the phone, 5 different people, tell my history, repeat myself over and over until the frustration got heard by the last person and I got my labels and return my equipment. Customer service needs to be train. Keep notes if what's going on with the clients so, left hand knows what right hand is doing! No wonder why people are been replaced by robots and virtual services because it was worst than that. People (humans) do not want to work, efficiently and above and beyond anymore. Customers frustration is not a big deal! You are stuck, pay the bill and " I am sorry about that", it's all you hear but doesn't resolve the problem.

He said yes. I agreed too have tech come out. He comes out and before doing anything, tells me its going too be $230.00. I said no, thats not what the adt phone rep told me. He implies that he gets this issue alot. I call in too cancel, and speak with an Account "manager" named Mia. She promises me the world, 5 yrs locked in price of 45.00 (lowered from $65.00/month), cover camera fees, cover tech fees, discount on new cameras, no payments for 2 months,extra 10% off. I said no. Do yourself a favor and call your local alarm companies. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Just know that they can lower the price if they really wanted too but wont until you call in and speak your mind.

    I have been a customer of ADT for many, many years. I have had a ongoing problem with the control…read morepanel going blank over the years. To fix it involves removing the control panel, unplugging the battery to have it reset. I have done that 3 times now in the last 2 months. I called to get them this past week to try to figure out why this is happening. I was told it would cost me a lot of money for them to come to my house unless they deem there is something really wrong. So I must call at the time when it is blank which is what I did before and they just taught me to do exactly what I am doing. I am very unhappy with customer service. I would recommend doing your homework before you sign up with them.

Use to visit the Chandler location weekly 12-14 years ago.. even told our kiddos that tonight when we brought them here. Problems started as soon as we got our food. All the food came out besides our son's children's steak, was told they had to cook another one. As we were waiting for his steak, my husband noticed his steak wasn't a ribeye like he ordered. He suspected it was a NY Strip Steak. About 7 minutes goes by and manger brings our sons steak. My husband asked the manager if his steak looked like a NY strip to him and manager replied "yes, I think we have the best NY Strip" and my husband nicely replied, I didn't order a Strip, I ordered a Ribeye and told the manager it was fine, he would eat it still and still tasted good but didn't want to be changed for a Ribeye since he got the strip wrong. ($12 difference) I got the firebirds bacon chicken pasta with steak instead of chicken and no tomatoes and green onions. Well.. there was def tomatoes and onions and no bacon. And I was changed $30 for pasta and steak.. that wasn't even made the way I asked. Well my son's (late) steak was suppose to be medium and it was rare. By the time the server came back my son was eating some of my husbands steak and my pasta so we just asked the server to take his meal off the check because it was late and cooked wrong. She said it was absolutely cooked wrong and insisted to bring him a new steak as well as take it off the check. She even asked him to put his steak on a plate and "she'd throw it away and they'll make him a new children steak." Well manager comes back and tell my husband that his steak was in fact a ribeye (it was def not a ribeye.. no marbling whatsoever) and dropped off our sons steak.... It literally was the pieces we had cut up that they just threw back on the grill. Even pieces our son chewed and spit out when it was rare and too chewy for him. Like GROSS!!! They did take the children's steak off the check and gave us a free dessert( which we didn't even want, we would have rather paid the correct amount for my husbands steak...) The waitress was fine, none of this was her fault because she read us back what we ordered and had it all correct.. but she fell short as to getting us refills (never even offered a 2nd round of wine or beer) and when it was time for the check we gave 2 gift cards $50 each and our card to pay. She brought back our copy to sign and she only took off 1 $50 gift card. We had to call her over and she realized she didn't use both giftcards and had to void our card and redo it. The managers were busy the whole night talking to upset tables. This location really needs to get their stuff together. Again, nice to offer dessert but truly all we wanted was to get what we paid for and how we asked for it and tonight wasn't it. Literally felt like we were scammed outta $160. we will be taking our $$ elsewhere.
