I bring my car for tint and i choose the beat quality from them that cost me $875 but look what i get from them - They make the car DAMAGE on 3 window trim all from over heat when put tint on window as photo and tint have bubble like they have to do new one again when i contact them they said will fix it yes they order new part and will fix it without any apology from them specially who said im the owner who come to see my car and dont said anything - Second time i have to bring the car back to fix the damage on window trim and do new tint they took a whole day before end of day they call me and said some part of them cant fix it cuz they order the wrong side!!!! Yes i have to come back again and again here (BUT today they make deep scratches on the outside as photo the guy who return car to me said he will fix it when i bring car back on next day to fix the less part that thwy ordet wrong side - They always said what they did wrong they will fix it but thing about it if you love your car and someone damage it again and again yes they fix it for you in the same time they make more damage also the car is brandnew just left the dealer then this shop make your car damage - Third time i came back to fix the last thing i also show them on the tint they did have some scratches on that even very small and no need to change again cuz too much waste my time but i just show how they work as unprofessional and then today when i pick up my car they change the word that they will not fix the deep scratches on that cuz they not do it WOWWW look how they work. I reached out to obtain a quote for window tinting. After some clarifications, they provided a price and we set an appt. Upon the day of the appt, they suggested the quoted price couldn't be honored and it was a mistake. As a result, I left the shop and chose to look elsewhere. Update: Later, the shop reached back out indicating they would honor the original price. We quickly scheduled a new appointment to have the work done. The work was done reasonably well and timely. There are numerous pinhole-sized bubbles on the windshield that won't go away because there's particulate beneath, and some marks/abrasions, but overall the work is satisfactory. Another window has a rough-cut edge, which isn't noticeable when the door is closed, so it isn't worth trying to replace the film. The owner did reach out once more to offer to replace/redo areas of concern, which was appreciated. read more

Vanessa replied quickly and was very helpful along the way as I tried to figure out exactly what I wanted. I was able to drop off my new car for everything I requested with some last minute changes and additions to my service. Did a decent job. 1. Not transparent with the pricing. They quoted a price through yelp, which later I found out it to be providing no heat protection at all. I ended up going with a higher priced one. It's a gimmick for quoting me with a film that provides a film with no protection when I specified all the specs in prior. 2. Inaccurate time estimation. It's a simple job of a carbon film tint on a sedan with no windshield, and they initially estimated for 3-4 hours. It ended up taking 5 hours. He gave me excuses of guys taking lunch towards the last minute, but I won't buy it. They are either unprofessional or not systematic. I ended up being late to my next schedule. I think there's some gimmicks and no transparency around the whole process. I came to this business because of the seemingly fair quote and their willingness to accept the job in a short notice. I think they are just accepting all businesses coming through. Buyers be aware beforehand I would've given 2 stars but the guy who helped me out seemed somewhat chill so I'm giving 3 stars read more

Pros - The shop was able to accommodate me on the same day and had good communication throughout the process. They did not try to upsell me, and the window tint appears to be of good quality. Issue - However, I noticed a visible warp on one side of the window trim/seal, which I suspect may have been caused by the use of a heat gun or another tool. When I brought it up with the shop, their response was, "We use heat guns on the exterior of the vehicle from a distance of the window, and we never use heat guns on the interior since there's no need to for your vehicle specifically. So it's very difficult for there to be a way for us to damage it, especially to that extent." I believe that if there was any issue with the existing trim, it should have been noted during the initial car inspection. The car condition was noted with not defect on the inspection paper work. Although I'm not willing to take them to small claims court or continue arguing at this point, I wanted to share this review to alert others. It might be a good idea to take pictures and video of the entire vehicle before going to this shop to avoid similar situations in the future. read more

Took part in their promo $1995 Tesla Wrap Pros - Good Communication on Instagram.. That's it. I have been to about 6 wrap shops in the last 2-3 years. This one has been by far the worst experience. Dropped off the car they quoted me an extra 900-1k on the chrome delete. Which caught me off guard. I shopped around local shops were charging $250-$400 max for job. Alex called me back saying he can drop it from the $900 to $600.. I told him all I needed were the window trim he said " If you wanna pick and choose what parts you want it'll go back up to $900" I don't mind an upsell... You either know how to or don't. The wrap job is a solid 7/10 but what was I expecting for the $1995 price tag Rear wheel trim on both sides popped off due to them trying to use a 3M tape that wouldn't stick. Their was vinyl wrap detail over spray on all the molding trims. read more
