After being reluctant to tint my windows for a year I finally made the decision to give Dynamic Auto Customs a call. I met with Vanessa who was incredibly kind and offered top tier customer service. I was taking so long deciding which shade I wanted but she was so kind and patient with me. She even took me around the lot to check out a variety of cars with different shade of tints even though she was extremely busy with other customers over the phone. This place definitely stands by their work in upholding quality products and customer service. I decided to get 5% all around for the Llumar CTX (ceramic). I'm really happy with the decision! On my drive home it felt really cool in my car, the sun who??! This will be great for the summer!! They also provide a brochure with their proof of warranty and a receipt for customer's peace of mind. I booked an appointment at 2 PM and my car was done by 3:30 ish, they definitely prioritize their customer's time. I love this place, I recommend my friends and family to go here. The tinting is fairly reasonable and they tend to get the work done fast. I've tinted three cars here and the experience has been awesome! The reason for the 3 stars is because I had my car recently broken into. I called and mentioned this to the guys and he said that unfortunately they can't do anything and would have to pay a regular amount to replace it ($80-90 for one window). I remember the guy mentioned the last time I got my windows tinted that if I come next time to get ANY job done, they'll give me 10% off. I mentioned this to the guy and he said u fortunately this only applied to a full setup (all windows tinted) even though he said any job when I got them done last. No other option available and other places charging way more than this place I decided to make the appointment and go. Upon going a lady helped me, I told them of my situation and she went to the the boss. She came back and said it was going to be $40 in total with taxes. I asked her if that was for the ceramic tint and she confirmed. Then this other guy came (the guy on the phone) and said no that he quoted me $80. After a couple of minutes the guy came back and said that per the boss, he said $40. This gave me distrust, not in the company, or the owner, but the employee he had working there. If he charged me $80 for that, knowing I was a customer in the past, it made me wonder how many other people he had scammer to make a quick buck. Luckily the boss/owner was there I would've lost $40. After sharing my feedback on Yelp and directly with the Windows Tinting, Alex reached out to me personally to apologize and wanted to make things right. He offered to upgrade my car tint to the Obsidian series since heat reduction was something I had been looking for. In person, he explained in detail the different films they carry and the specifics of the Obsidian series, and I learned a lot about the different percentages. The tint looks great and dried perfectly and I'm very happy with it. When they were applying the back window tint, there was a small mishap with a tiny part (about the size of a coin) on the inside of my trunk getting burned. Alex was upfront and honest about it and resolved it immediately by ordering an original part to replace it for me. It was installed for me within a week. Both times that I have been back, someone has greeted me as soon as I entered the door. I can see that they really do take feedback to heart and have made changes to provide customers with great, prompt, and efficient customer service. They go above and beyond to ensure that customers are happy with their service, so I definitely recommend them. Was recommended the wrong tint shade. Said that it was customer's final word for the OK to proceed. But the customer doesn't know any better than to take the "professional's" advice. Was charged additional for reapplication. Still wasn't happy the second time around but didn't say anything because I'd likely have to wait and pay for the reapplication again, and at that point I had already spent way too much money. The skinny tech seemed arrogant and never took a close look at what was a better match and stated that all OEM privacy glass is 15%. He even seemed pissed when I asked him to visually double check the second time as if I was doubting his "expertise". The front lady was nice at first but then twisted all my words around, turning everything against me. I know what I said, I know the advice I heard, but It's my word against everyone else's, and everyone was ganging up on me. At least the larger taller guy seemed to have more sympathy than everyone else. Why don't they just use a tint meter? Oh wait but they probably did because it's their word over mine. Had an 8am appointment, they didn't start until 10. What would've been a 2 hour job turned into an 8 hour ordeal. Even if they offered to redo, I don't want to show my face there after this review. Completely avoidable mistakes. Sad. read more

It has been 24 hours and my tinted windows looks great. Since you're on Yelp, chances are you are looking for a window tinting place. Send them a quote inquiry, and chances are, you'll get a reponse frm Chris within the hour or sooner... even at 10 pm! He's that fast. He gave me a quote of 169 for their basic tinting, good for 3 years/ limited warranty. Or, for $75 more I can get the premium 3M film, good for life against bubbling, fading, purpling or lifting. I chose the latter one for my brand new Tiguan. They had an opening at 10 am on Thursday (I inquired Monday) so I took it in at 9:45, filled out paperwork, determined what was a good tint for me (I chose 25% for the back windows). While Chris was doing my paperwork, I chatted with one of the workers, Alex, who suggested doing my front window with clear for the UV protection. The car looks beautiful. They put green stickers on my control panels to remind me not to roll my windows for 3-5 days to allow the film to set (or cure)... I am itching to roll it down, but I won't. Later than night I got a email from Chris with a followup and reminder... that's service! I have nothing bad to say. In fact I posted my photo on FB and my friends wanted to know where I went. Chris said if I refer a friend, he'll not only treat them right, but knock off 10%. read more

I came here with my Model 3 for a tint and satin chrome delete. When I first saw the car I thought they did an amazing job and had no complaints. When I parked my car in the garage I noticed a "paint chip" under the front T logo...my heart dropped and I was extremely upset...I trusted them with my car and it was carelessly scratched so I thought. I went during my lunch hour the next day and demanded that I speak to the owner. Brian immediately showed concern for my claim of having a scratch on my car and went to take a look at it. As soon as he saw it he recognized that it was plastidip that immediately came off when he removed it. I had my car on valet mode so they were unable to pop the front trunk and clean it off. I am very happy with not only the job they did but how they handled themselves with an angry customer :) Now that this is settled I can finally enjoy my car and I will be sure to extend my recommendation to friends and family. read more

I did a powder coat on all rims, calipers painted, chrome delete and all windows tinted for my 2018 Model 3. They never gave me instructions on having the car cleaned before doing any work. Also they will bait you in with great customer service to get your business but the outcome was complacency. The tint, calipers painting and powder coat all was great - however they don't polish up their work and had to hand clean everything just to make sure there weren't blemishes. Also left pieces of the tint wraps inside the car. The chrome delete was actually bad. Check out the photos. You would think if you pay thousands of dollars of work, they would be good at attention to detail with their cuts and making sure there are not any bubbles. When I pointed it out - they blamed it on the car being dirty, which I find hilarious as I would have happily gotten it cleaned if it was a pre-requisite. Instead of fixing the issue, the owner stated this is common sense (insulting the customer) and said they can rip it all off for a refund after I told them to get the chrome delete evaluated by other shops and if I'm wrong about their work - I would eat crow. Later the owner just walked out on me. (Seems like this has been a similar issue with other customers that have left reviews). Also, when I went to pay with credit card, they said they would have to charge for tax - another bait and switch. They wouldn't charge tax if I paid cash. This is definitely unethical and makes me think cash payments are probably not reported correctly. Also, they did swap my lug nuts, rim center cap and the tire valves with someone else's and they still stuck to their guns that their system is perfect and that would never have happened. Funny thing is that 2 of the 4 tire valves were different colors than the other 2 - which contradicts their system. Reason why I'm giving 3 stars is that they did 3/4 jobs pretty decent. Chrome delete was very amateur and didn't look professional - that took away 1 star. The other star was taken away because their customer service is unauthentic. Good thing I paid with credit card so I can send them the photos and experience and the fact that they weren't completely honest in the beginning and were not able to come to a resolution. read more

A Huge regret! Be careful TESLA owners! Sorry for the essay, please continue to read.... I went to this shop based on high Yelp reviews( don't trust it!) and I got a pretty good deal $600 cash on front window shield + 4 sides window tints. I picked up the brand new car Tesla model 3 on Monday and I took this car to get tint on Wednesday afternoon, since I picked up the car around 5:30pm their closing time, so I didn't check the tints at all, and the front desk lady said " you need to give it 3-4 days and anything happened just bring it back". 1st mistake! So I didn't check anything, I waited till Sunday, I can finally open the window, and all the bubbles( I have bubbles on all four side windows and the front window shield) the chipped film and the scratches on my window trim. I took the car back to the shop on Tuesday which is today and the First Lady came to me said, " oh, you must chipped the window film yourself" " bubbles, did u put under the Sun? With Tesla cars, the windows it has to be under the Sun, it cannot be in garage, that cause the bubbles"----- so funny! Then they went in, took the manager/ owner/ technician and that lady asked me to waite for 3-4 days. The guy came out saying that he can redo those windows, but since it's a Tesla, the windows are made badly, they cannot guarantee no bubbles or no uneven edge of the films. Then what's the purpose of letting you redo it! Now toward the scratches on the window trim, they don't admit it. The guy said he owns a Tesla, and it's really badly made, so it may come with it, manufactured defects. My friend is trying to argue with them, and got Shut Up by their employees( a brand new experience) The lady asked me to go in, and asked me repeatedly: no just answer my question, no answer my question, did you check the car when you picked up the car? I said no, then how can you say it's us. As long as you don't check the car when you picked up, you cannot blame them for scratches on the car even you can clearly seen it's cut by razors, because as the guy stated the tint film is in inside, not outside, so outside scratches are not caused by them. Anyway, I didn't ask them to redo anything because I am afraid they gonna messed up more and more. What I am very pissed off, is first of all, don't believe that life time warranty, they gonna blame you for it. Secondly, you better take your own pictures, they took pictures with all the glares and everything, you basically cannot see anything clearly. Thirdly, if you want a pretty cheap deal, why not, just make sure to check everything before you go, once you go home, everything is your fault, oh, bubbles and chipped, blame ur Tesla! Lastly, the front desk lady checking me in is super rude, I cannot tolerate her to let my friend shut up, never seen this before. If you want to experience it, give a try! I saw some other bad reviews and I didn't believe in them, regretting now! And I have to say I believe every word they say now, it's all making sense now! I didn't took all the pictures since it's quiet bright outside, I will upload more photos later! To answer that lady questions below: 1. My last 1 star review was a year ago. They definitely have a good eye to find good excuses. I don't normally leave reviews besides the ones pissed me off. 2. There are No words saying regarding 10 days, Sun exposure, no garage parking when I picked up the car- "Lying" 3. I picked up the car did on Wednesday afternoon, waite till Sunday to roll down the window, and took the car back on next Tuesday! So yes, have to be careful with the car shop let u waite up to 10 days!!! 4. Only me and one friend there, and they have 4 or 5 people surround us. Rude, screaming oh I definitely heard one lady screamed at my friend. Insulting? How? I really want to hear you story, it must be a good one. I will not ever want to take my car back to this shop, even they gonna replace everything for free. I guess a cheap deal taught me a lesson. I found out all the bad reviews are following by their manager's long explanation of reviews, and it's always the customers' faults, they don't take any responsibilities. Please be careful and for Tesla's drivers, you may have recordings in your USB drive. Just double check! Also I found some bubbles have dirts inside.
