The Good Old Home Depot.. As customers, we may not know…read moreexactly what we are looking for and I believe that retail stores should be aware of that. I originally went to Lowe's looking for a shower valve and ROBERTSON in the plumbing department quickly sent me to a plumbing supply. I went to The Home Depot and Jaime in the plumbing department was kind enough to educate on what I really needed which was a complete shower kit. I spoke to the supervisor S.Taylor and Ms. Taylor was really happy about the feedback. She then went and got JAIME a patch which I believe got JAIME $50.00. Although, Lowe's is a lot closer to my house I will make the extra drive and go to THE HOME DEPOT!!! Greta JOB JAIME and S. Taylor!!

Please read before buying LG! We bought an LG washing…read moremachine, replacing our old LG (10 year warranty). After a short few months it started to destroy our clothes. It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience.
