It turned out to be true. Jeanine greeted me with a huge smile. I told her my story and she asked Dale if he could help. I looked around for maybe 90 seconds and he already put the key on. It was really amazing. I wanted to make a purchase but really couldn't find anything I needed. It didn't matter. They were just happy to help. I highly recommend Richard's for those hard to find things the big box stores don't carry. I told a couple of my neighbors about this store and one said he comes here at least once a month and also raved about the customer service

We completed a super complicated project for a customer and installed it. Returned to our customer's house for additional work and found that one piece was rusting. Called DK and was told there was nothing they could do. It had been over 30 days. It takes 30 days to do this work, so we didn't know it was the wrong material until after that. We'll double check in the future, but at the end of the day they sent an incorrect product and should replace it with the correct product. This costs us about $2500 in time alone to repair. Looking into small claims. Terrible customer service. Do not shop here.

Please read before buying LG! We bought an LG washing…read moremachine, replacing our old LG (10 year warranty). After a short few months it started to destroy our clothes. It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience.
