My experience: I gave Dynamic a call on Friday and the owner picked up and told me he would get me scheduled for Monday and I would get a text over the weekend of the time he is coming Monday. Fast forward to Monday and I get a rescheduling message for the the following day (which I was okay with). The day of service the owner was very nice and friendly, however, after the service I noticed a layer of pet hair still on the carpet. When inquiring about the service I let him know there were pets and even paid for an extra service to get out pet odor. I reached out to him about this and got ghosted about the matter. The cleaning of the rug itself is okay, he spent more time setting up the equipment than actually cleaning the rug. Overall I don't think it's worth the money. read more

0 stars!!!! John came by yesterday around noon to clean an area rug for us....was here maybe all of 20 min, 10 min of it working on the rug. Was told to leave out and allow to dry for a couple hours. 6 pm rolls around the rug is still wet and my husband goes to bring the rug in and the entire underside is still covered in dirt, the rug stinks and still has sand and debris on top of rug. We promptly notified John with a picture and was informed that it was staining and that was normal, so we called and left a message and soon after received a text saying he would get back with us. It is the following day now and he has yet to return our call or set up something to correct the issue. It is very unfortunate that business owners nowadays do not take pride in the work that they do or take the time for their paying customers, especially their military customers. We are VERY disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this company, and hope that the issue can be resolved, until then I would not recommend this business to anyone!!! Updated: shortly after review my husband heard from John and said he could come by at lunch time today. John and his partner came over re cleaned the rug ( front and back this time) and placed rug up off ground to allow for ventilation. Since my review, we have been contacted three times reminding us this review was still here, but no concern or follow up on quality of work. 1-5-2017 sadly we thought the issue was resolved but throughout the night began smelling a foul odor perhaps bc the rug never dried properly so my husband and I went out and purchased a brand new carpet shampooer and was amazed at what we pulled from the rug, after only the first few passes .....and this was after it had been "cleaned" twice on top and once on the underside. We paid $148 after $20 dollar off coupon to still have these results. Just had my carpet cleaned by John and I'm in awe!! Literally completed the job in 20 minutes and my carpet looks brand new. Very friendly and most importantly punctual which unfortunately seems to be an accomplishment with a majority of contractors/service providers these days. I'm sorry to have to post this ad. Its business people like this that drives one to do this. I had my home carpet cleaned while I was out of town. My neighbor let them in to do this. John very much wanted my business and I gave it to him, despite the many discounts offered by larger companies, I chose a family owned business. Much of the carpet was streaked and still had some of the small stains that were originally in the carpet. The corners were dirty and it looked like he missed a lot of the carpet in one room. I was not satisfied with the job and reached out to him two times. He never returned my texts. He wanted his check before he started the job and he got it, but he did not do a good job. I am tolerant of mistakes and sometimes people make them, But I am NOT tolerant of a business owner totally ignoring his customers request for a do over. Not a call back, nothing. He was sure to answer me when he wanted my business but cares nothing of his clients satisfaction. I will get a redo from Stanley or another company. read more
