The Vegetarian Antipasti Platter was piled high with various peppers, olives, beans, cheeses and other goodies. We also ordered chicken salad sandwiches on mini brioche buns that were delicious. The fruit in the Fresh Fruit Salad was fresh and juicy. We also decided to hire a server to help during the party, and were very pleased with Natalie who helped us so that we could enjoy the party ourselves. All in all, a great experience!

The setup of the room that we were in was very conducive to efficiently serving almost 150 people without lots of cross traffic, and isolating noise within the room enough that it wasn't excessively noisy even during the busiest time of the event. I liked the setup of the bar in the corner as well, as a nice open dedicated spot to gather for coffee, water, and alcoholic beverages. The food we had was very good as well, definitely freshly prepared and tastier than what I expect for banquet food. The trays were prepared very nicely with lots of color and good arrangement. The textures were also quite good across the board for all items I tried- for example, the chicken was tender, fruit was plump, and vegetables were juicy. They served a brunch menu. There was a waffle bar, omelette bar, salad, chicken, potatoes, sausage, bacon, and a dessert station. The food came out and was ready to be served on time. The food was warm and tasted amazing. I highly recommend the chocolate cannolis. The bar was open for the entire party. The servers asked if I was finished before taking my plate. Preparing for my sister-in-laws wedding shower meant we needed to find the perfect centrepieces…read more Most people would opt for a beautiful flower arrangement but my mother-in-law and I wanted an edible centrepiece. Kristen created the most beautiful centrepieces I've ever seen. Most of the guests couldn't tell they were cupcakes until we made the announcement. She even made a cake for the soon to be bride and groom to practice on for the big day. We opted for an array of cupcake flavours: chocolate, red velvet, lemon, banana, and vanilla. All of the flavours were highly complimented by the guests. We even asked for her to use a different holder to go with our rustic theme. Kristin accepted the challenge and found the most perfect rustic vessel to use. I would highly recommend Kristin to anyone. I look forward to working with her in the future.
