Overall Thoughts: This is Chicago's first and only Chinese yogurt spot (so far), so my friends and I were super excited to try it. We went on the day of their "soft opening," but were quite disappointed in the lack of yogurt flavor and absence of fresh ingredients. The yogurt is super diluted and though the tart flavor is faintly there, there was something off. There's potential though, so hopefully they've improved their ingredients / processes since their soft launch. But for now, I didn't feel that it was worth the $10 price tag per drink. The interior is small, clean, and minimalist, though it would be nice to have more chairs / tables for bigger groups. We also waited a long time (nearly 25 min) for our drinks despite there not being many people there. Yogurt Drinks I tried: - Build your own Yogurt Smoothie with Mango & Kiwi (2/5): This just tasted like a thin slushie. The fruit used clearly wasn't fresh (probably purée or extract) and you could barely taste the yogurt-- it was mostly ice, honestly. - Red Bean Yogurt (3.8/5): This one was much better than the yogurt smoothie in both taste and freshness, but the yogurt was still too thin and diluted. -- Price (relative to peers): 3.8/5 Food: 2.9/5 Ambience: 4.2/5 Service: 3.5/5 Overall Value: 3.2/5

The yogurt drinks here are made fresh by the nicest family. The only thing I'd have to doc down is the price. Otherwise, I'd come back because it has a distinct sour taste. So if you're into that type of yogurt this would be for you. It's also in Chinatown so super convenient to grab after getting lunch or dinner. The inside is also decked out in blue decor as its theme.

What a unique spot in the heart of Chinatown! Absolute hidden gem with some really wonderful offerings. Tried multiple items including an Oreo rice yogurt shake, a mango rice yogurt shake, frozen condensed yogurt cubes, an "earth ball", and another parfait! The earth ball yogurt comes in a unique container, is beautifully presented, and featured chunks of mango and avocado- I never would have thought!! This is a super cute spot with a really cool wall of sticky notes that patrons can write notes on and stick on their wall. The service was absolutely outstanding- extremely attentive and filled us in on everything about their menu as well as each of the items served. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a unique snack or shake!

I am pretty sensitive to caffeine at night and was craving a sweet drink that wasn't boba. This drink hit the spot perfectly! I love tart drinks and the jujube & purple rice was unique, something I wouldn't typically find in MN. The shop is on the second level of Chinatown next to kung fu tea. The space is pretty small, if you're with a large group I wouldn't recommend coming here as a place to hangout. I would definitely come back.

I was lured in by the dragon frozen yogurt popsicle and I was amazed when I came inside. The owner has homemade trinkets and is very friendly and helpful with questions. Very nicely decorated and clean. I got the sweetie fruit yogurt and it was sooo tasty! I can just imagine how delicious the other items are. Can't wait to come back

Fairly healthy and good value for your money. There's more in these drinks than at first glance and they are very rich. This is also one of the few places where I've been able to find a rose-flavored food. The last time I had something like this was in Beijing a decade ago and I haven't found something similar until this place!

A great new addition to Chinatown. A healthier take on dessert but equally as delicious. Super refreshing and a ton of great options.

Pretty good yogurt drink! I got a red bean rice yogurt. It had a nice consistency somewhat similar to boba. I also tried the rose yogurt smoothie which was floral and very refreshing. I would go back here to try more flavors if I was in the area!

Saw this place on IG Reels and decided to give it a try after dinner! I got the purple rice yogurt drink and I love purple rice sweet soup (the chinese dessert) and thought it would taste similar. It didn't necessarily taste like that but still pretty good~ kind of like yakult mixed with purple rice. The drink is pretty tart so if you enjoy that, I think this is your place. The ambience is super nice, there's a cool wall where you can leave sticky notes and a decent amount of seating for a small place. There's a self service kiosk and also workers who are nice!

If you love yogurt drinks, this is the place to be! They just opened up and have such a cute atmosphere inside. I ordered the berry bliss yogurt drink and it was so good. They are doing a promotion right now for a limited time where you get a cup sleeve with a purchase and it has a scratch off for a mystery discount off your next purchase.

It's pretty small inside, there are only a few tables. A server comes to your table to place your order, which I feel like never happens at ice cream shops anymore! The menu is huge! There were multiple sections to banana splits, sundaes, and shakes. We decided to go with something simple. My son ordered 2 scoops of cookies n cream ice cream (with sprinkles of course) and I got moose tracks! The ice cream is the real deal. Our server was super sweet, and we were in and out of there in probably 30-45 minutes. We had the best time and will definitely be back this summer.

(The fact that the joint's been around for over 100 years doesn't hurt either.) It's a small restaurant but we managed to snag a cozy table near the back. We'd already spent most of the day eating, so we decided to share the Atomic Fudge Sundae. It's a fairly enormous concoction. I found it interesting that the hot fudge was served on the side, but it's actually pretty smart because you get control how much (or how little) sauce you get. The ice cream is the highlight. It's creamy and rich, and it's got a really nice flavor, too. The hot fudge was less impressive, but that might be because I had already eaten a Ghirardelli sundae earlier in the day and their hot fudge just can't be beat. The service was super friendly and the atmosphere was kitschy and fun. It's a cool place.

My favorite, along with many others, is the iced banana bread latte. Definitely get it with the vanilla cinnamon cold foam! I've had a variety of pastries here, but particularly love the coffee cakes and cookies. The breakfast sandwich is also really great if it's fresh. The staff for the most part have been very warm and friendly. If it's busy, they are less likely to want to chat about the options and give a recommendation, so come in with a few ideas of what you're looking for if you come on a weekend! The store itself is very cute, with lots of wood and warm colors. There is limited seated outside on a few benches. I recommend walking to the park to enjoy your treats and coffee.

She recommended a Bolognese Danish, a Dubai pistachio brownie, and I added an everything bagel and took it all to go. The Danish was by far my favorite. The pastry was flaky, heavenly, and the filling rich and meaty. This is a pastry worth crossing town for. The brownie was fine, but maybe I'm over the Dubai chocolate trend. It didn't really come together as a unified dessert for me. I wanted the brownie to be richer, fudgier, maybe even a bit sweeter. I would probably get something else next time. The everything bagel was a good texture, but the fennel seeds in the seasoning took me so far away from the classic "everything." They overpowered the other flavors, but the texture was fantastic. Overall, I enjoyed the treats I got, would go back to try some other options. I would probably give this 3.5 stars, but I'm rounding up. Also want to add how much I miss Hot Chocolate!
