Four years in, I noticed I still had to come home and vacuum a few spots here and again. Right after Covid might have been the absolute best crew - between 2020 - 2024. I just got home with my vehicle after spending $70 including tip, on a mini-detail job. The person cleaning my vehicle looked no more than 19. No problem. Kids can do good work. Not this time... They missed the entire center console, leaving debris, dust, and crumbs. They missed one entire rear door - it was not vacuumed out or wiped down. They didn't touch the rear seats at all. The front seat had rock salt residue remaining on the headrest from my kids in the backseat. The sides of every seat weren't touched at all. There was dust and crumbs still remaining on the floor and on the floor mats. They didn't even snap the floor mats back in, I had to snap them in myself. They didn't even remove the front floor mats to vacuum, I removed them myself and tons of pine needles and this winters rock salt remained. Like I said - the best and most thorough crew I have noticed was between 2020-2024. This crew is like those teenage kids that prop up in a parking lot holding signs. I had to go home and vacuum and wipe down the inside of my vehicle after spending 70 bucks. I understand it's not a full detail - but when you go years at the same place as the prices increase with inflation, you now have rights to judge when the job doesn't match the price tag. Absolutely disappointed. 2 stars only for how friendly the staff is.

I know I spent a little bit more than anticipated for my car wash, but I have to say they did a great job. Its was well worth it. The service here is great. I had Dog hair that they are trying everything in their power to remove. They get five stars back.

A few days ago I needed to replace my aging Jeep Liberty and was looking for a vehicle I could trust and that would not break the bank. It turns out purchasing a gorgeous 2013 BMW 328 I (with an extra 100,000 mile full warrantee) from Exclusive Motor Sports was close to what it would have cost me to lease a Toyota Corolla... Like getting stranded 3 hrs away from home with a vehicle that refused to turn on. Vehicle looked decent however the moral of the story is just because something looks good doesn't mean it is good. I should have done my research and taken a mechanic with me to check the vehicle prior to me buying anything. Lesson learned the hard way unfortunately. Maybe they knew the vehicle had issues, maybe they didnt , point is I got stuck with it. So below is a list of things that went bad with it shortly after I bought it. Tires needed to be replaced-500 Battery had to be replaced-200 Needed a recall issue Shift Lever fixed-free but my time is $$ Terrible vibrations in rear stereo system-275 Intake Air Temp Sensors replaced-475 I dont think all of this qualifies it as a "Lemon" but i am hopeful that it will at least last us a few years. If I could do it all over again, i would have definitely kept driving by and gotten a certified used vehicle from a dealer and maybe even just leased. The salesman was a gentleman tho and he was very helpful with the paperwork. Unfortunately for me I got stuck with something that seems to be a money pit. So to any buyers looking here, "CAVEAT EMPTOR!!"

Great experience at this Walmart Auto Center…read more Was looking for some tires and Walmart, as expected, offers some great prices with minimal (about $18 per tire) installation/mounting costs. Despite reading some bad reviews for almost every Walmart Auto Center in the area I decided to give it a try. I found my tire size (vehicle search) and researched the various options (even on other websites) before deciding on the set I wanted. After choosing the tires, I scheduled my installation appointment. I saw that the appointments were ONLY available about 10 days later...so this may be an issue if you are looking to have tires installed sooner than that. I arrived at around 9:45am for my 10am weekday appointment. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who checked me in. He did explain that they had to check whether the service manager was okay installing two (front) tires on my 4WD vehicle...after a few minutes he advised that it would be okay. But you may want to call to ask ahead if this applies to you. I left the service desk after checking in at around 10am and while shopping around the store, I received a text message at 10:30am saying they were done! After reading other reviews...I was expecting a few hours...but 30 minutes! Despite only being two tires...I thought that was very good time. After checking out with the service desk, my car was waiting for me on the other side of the garage...lug nuts tightened to spec. and all. Fingers crossed but the tires have been good so far in the first 100 or so miles...I was more than happy with my experience at this Walmart location.

I'm 59 years old, so do the math on how many cars I've owned. When done right, car 'shopping' can be fun, but as we all know, not always. Car 'buying' is always much more challenging. And sometimes downright awful. Hard to find the model you want, rude or inattentive salespeople. And when I know more about the car than they do - which is way too often, can be super frustrating. And then the time it takes to complete the transaction on pick-up day can be perplexing, lengthy, and otherwise maddening. I share all this because my experience at Orange County BMW (Harriman, NY) was the OPPOSITE of that. It was just terrific! My salesman (Jon Lanzkron) and the general manager (Sami Ozder) were incredibly friendly, helpful, understanding of my situation, and HIGHLY engaged and responsive. I wanted to design my own spec on the car, which can be tricky from a timing standpoint. These guys walked me through the whole process and made it fun and seamless. It gets even better. On pick-up day, it only took about 60 minutes to complete the paperwork, shift my insurance, etc. It could have probably been even quicker, but I'm kind of chatty. Then the BMW Genius did an expert job walking me through the car's awesome tech features and then I was on my way. I cannot say enough about Jon, Sami and the Orange County BMW dealership.

The turn-around time has always been slow -in some cases literally WEEKS, and sometimes I have gotten different assessments at different times for the same issue so the quality of the work can be inconsistent, but overall, they eventually got it mostly right as far as I know. After my most recent experience, I need to warn anyone who loves their vehicle to find another place for repairs. Seriously. Don't bring any vehicle you value here. My vehicle sustained damage while sitting in their lot for another weeks-long wait. While I was told they would mitigation the damage, it is clear to me since picking up the car, they really just let it sit and fester a few days and handed it back to me in a condition that can't really be remediated properly now. In the entire process, I have never been able to speak with the service manager or anyone beyond the same front line advisor. I can't say I have ever experienced this level of willful negligence. I have learned the hard way that there is a reason they don't feature their staff or leadership on their website (it's a blank page); it is a means of avoiding culpability, good (even basic) business practices, and just plain decency. I truly believed the service advisor I had worked with for years had integrity, but the soullessness runs deep here. It's a little embarrassing to admit an attachment to a car-but I got a ton of joy driving my classic-particularly in the last two years marked by a lot of personal loss. Now it can't be safely driven anymore and it's kind of heartbreaking. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

Issues were threefold: - Eric basically represented and used a facility that does its own direct auto transport. When questioned (because they were cheaper) he highlighted his business as better due to a number of factors. None of these ended up coming to fruition. - the Rando he got to transport my car was horrible. Lack of communication or updates. Ended up delivering the car two or three days later than promised (meaning I missed being able to inspect the car). And throughout the process was full of lies regarding arrival time and why he wasn't delivering on time. - car was damaged during transport but because I was out of town for 2 months after the fact and wasn't able to confirm and share this with Eric (because it was delivered late) I had no recourse for costs to fix the damage. - finally, In reviewing his end of year books, Eric got confused about a voided transaction (I had been charged twice initially and there was a void in his books). He assumed that it was me doing it due to my dissatisfaction and charged my credit card again without confirming the issue with me. He left messages while I was in a meeting and then charged my card without confirming. When I called, he apologized for his angry action but for someone who highlights professionalism amongst his traits, I feel this was way out of line. I was going to just leave things as is and not write a review and leave things as they were in August but given the action he took today I felt compelled to warn others.
